The staff are very friendly and courteous. They make sure they get tough orders correct. The restaurant is clean. Prices are somewhat high, but Wendy's has always been more expensive than most other fast food Burger places.
My co workers and I recently went to this Wendy’s to get something to eat for lunch. We were a little confused by the menu so it took us along time to figure it out. The person working there was not patient, he sounded irritated to be at his job! I got my food and there’s no sauce, when i asked for sauce 3 TIMES. Overall the service is horrible. Hire some people that actually wanna do their job.
There was a male worker there that was very unprofessional, he wasn’t allowing me to talk when I was explaining that the other employee had given me the wrong receipt. This was a mobile order, since he was upset he didn’t fill up my drink all the way and told another worker to “deal with me”.
I paid for baconator and not for a junior baconator. And I got the junior. Not only that, I can’t enjoy it with my cola because I got Dr Pepper instead.
Great location I have been coming here for years. Drive through is always quick. Staff here is really friendly and food is consistent with quality. I notice this location is always clean and spotless.
I went early today around noon and before I get to the bad let me say the good. Food was great (yeah fast food but it was good!) the place was CLEAN. And the service was nice. But now let me get to the bad. The older gentlemen who I believe is either the owner/manager was SO RUDE to his employee who was running the cashier. Poor woman was being scolded and made a fool because she didn’t know how to do an operation on the keypad for cookies. As an owner/manager you should teach and help with compassion. He was nice to me but to that woman he was being so awful. She didn’t deserve that. So yeah good food nice place good service but TREAT the employees better please!
The staff didn’t make me what i asked for, they do whatever they want with my food, the food is not good, and is not maked right
Come here all the time and the food is always perfect. I’ve been to other Wendy’s and this one is always better. Very fast.
