DONT EAT HERE I FOUND A ROACH IN MY COBB SALAD ON 6/2/24 and I have still not received a refund and it is 6/7/24!!!! They disgustingly and nonchalantly only offered a remake! I’m not letting it go until I GET MY MONEY!!
I recently visited the Wendy's drive-thru, and it was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had. To start, the staff took an eternity to even acknowledge us. When they finally did, they had an incredibly rude attitude, acting like we were inconveniencing them just by placing an order. As if that wasn't bad enough, one of our drinks was completely wrong, and one of the sandwich we ordered was made incorrectly, despite us repeating it 5+ times. To top it off, the food was lukewarm at best and soggy—nothing like what you'd expect from a fast-food chain that prides itself on fresh, hot meals. Overall, the customer service and food quality were both unacceptable. Definitely won't be going back anytime soon.
We went in at 5pm. The lobby was messy. Sticky/ dirty tables. The food was good. The Salted Carmel frostee is very good! Fast service, especially during the dinner rush.
Employees all sitting in lobby pissed that they had to get up. Took 5mins (literally) for the cashier to get up and wheeze her way to counter. Food was ice cold, so cold if these people weren't so lazy id say they did it on purpose. If your employees hate their jobs so much relieve them of them. I will never come to this store again.
I haven't been to this Wendy's in about a year or so and I shouldn't have went today. Cold nuggets, I paid for sour cream and didn't get any. I asked for butter and got none. Prices have increased but the quality is worse. The person working the window shouldn't work in public. It was a total waste of $12, time, and gas.
Frosty filled half way no chocolate. Staff was rude. Wouldn't take my order through drive thru
I ordered a cheeseburger deluxe minus tomato and pickle. It still came with the tomato and my bun felt old. I didn't complain. But I will address it with future visits.
DISGUSTING. When we arrived, the single Coke machine had water bubbling up from it, making ice and water overflow all over the floor near one of the entrances. The manager was alerted, but absolutely nothing was done about it for the 20 minutes I was there! See my pictures and video for evidence. There is no queue area so people waiting to order have to line up in the dining area, practically on top of people eating at the tables. About 95% of the tables were dirty, and 100% of the floor was either soaking wet or sticky.
Shame on Wendy's management for allowing this to happen. This may be how they are still able to offer the 4 for 4...they skimp on staffing. YOU NEED A DEDICATED LOBBY CLEANER DURING PEAK HOURS! I'm not kidding, the bathroom may have been the cleanest part of this restaurant.
