Tried to use the app for an order. Prices were a complete $1 more for each bigger bag so much for the app. Anyone else find the Wendy's app often deceiving? Asked person at register to help with app price but he literally didn't answer us. Order in person finally so did not get the $ smothered fries special.
My double stacked was burnt.
No receipt or thanks given. Only thing given was attitude from tall male employee maybe named Mango.
Training is needed desperately.
Probably will soon delete the cumbersome app and will probably drive by this Wendy's next time
Just went to this Wendy's. They served me cold food in the drive through. I went in to trade in my cold food for warm food, and they looked at me like I was crazy. I explained to them that cold food can get people sick and is a health code violation. Dont go to this Wendy's unless you want to be sick. I hope the health department gives them a surprise inspection so they take food safety more seriously. Looking at me like 'we deserve cold food all the time, what's your problem' is not the right answer.
The staff that was on shifted this evening we're the best Wendy's employees I have ever come across! They really made my daughter feel special by accommodating her strange request. She is a very picky eater and one cookie to crack, but they had her smiling from ear-to-ear! A great big thank you to those guys and hey Wendy's you should give them a raise! I'm very serious when I say they were the best employees of Wendy's that I've ever come across. What a wonderful surprise!
So I order a 10 piece nugget and I ask for BBQ sauce and I pull up to window and manager takes my money hands me my food without the sauce I asked for then the nuggets was cold and she flat lied and said they was fresh and then makes me pull forward so they don't get in trouble for there pour service and then have to wait on fresh ones and so then after spending about 10 mins I get fresh ones but I get nothing for my times that I had to waste waiting on them and I'm mostly pissed that as a manager she would lie to my face and tell me the first ones was fresh she should not be working here cause she is not a honest person and I really feel that she should have apologized at bare minimal but know I feel she should have offered me something for the inconvenience of my time so I hope corporate will handle this as I worked for Wendy's many yrs ago and my manager at that time would have not been so disrespectful towards a customer
The girl running the drive thru around closing time on Nov. 5 was more interested in chatting with coworkers than providing an acceptable level of customer service.
Very quick service and food was as expected... My app didn't scan right but they gave me a free chocolate Frosty anyway
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EVER EVER HAD!!!!!!! I under some people might just think this is any other fast food place. But THIS Wendy's is doing it RIGHT! I got through the line quickly and it was during a rush! My order was correct and the very nice lady at the window even double checked it for me! The lady at the window not only didn't above her job but she was extremely nice, had a lovely smile, very polite, and a man from the back came to bring my order and he was extremely nice as well. Who ever runs this Wendy's has a great great team. ???? I'd rather go here than some of the sit down expensive places I have been JUST because the customer service and food is A MILLION TIMES BETTER!!!
Fries have clearly been sitting out all day. It’s like they find the darkest chili meat they can to put in your sandwich. The store stinks, it’s visible dirty, the employees are rude. Dave Thomas would turn over in his grave if he saw this store. I’d give 0 stars if possible.
