So, people no longer take our orders, but service is slower? The ordering kiosk was convenient and somewhat easy to use. I liked being able to see the item I was ordering and customize it. It was odd that so many people were working but it took almost 10 full minutes to get my food. Overall I was pleased.
It was empty. All the employees were in the kitchen area and the drive-up. It seems like the only way to order food is through the kiosk or the app. People don't take the orders at the register anymore? The food was as delicious as always, the Baconator steals my heart every time. There were only 3 of us in the place eating. It was quiet.
Classic Wendy’s with fresh hamburgers. Sure, the drive-thru late at night may be slow, but be patient. The people working here were nice to me and my order was hot and delicious. No complaints here!
The entire floor was slippery! It felt like it was cooking oil. I was being assisted by a nice and kind employee, to whom I made this a concern. He said, "Yeah, that's most likely cooking oil from all of the cooking we do." I think a proper cleaning would be a "safer' way to go!!! The kiosk didn't work! The service was very good. After leaving, I found my Cinnabon to be disappointingly dried out.
Time to clean house, now. Despite there being employees in the kitchen at 8:30pm on 11/21/24, nobody came to the intercom at the drive thru. When I drove up to the window, I saw employees standing around, talking and laughing. I knocked on the window, they ignored me. I knocked on the window again, one woman made eye contact, sarcastically waved, then walked away and didn’t come back.
No effort to communicate, no effort to redirect me. If they all really didn’t feel like working that night, at least scribble the word “closed” on a napkin and tape it to the window.
Used to be my favorite place went every thirsday, now every time I order food is wrong it takes a wicked long time and there’s literally bums on meth eating bagels in the lobby every time I go in there, I don’t feel safe with my children in that Wendy’s anymore. I also own multiple businesses and understand the importance of service and safety for my customers so there’s really no excuse whoever owns it probably doesn’t care
Unfortunately all I ordered was an egg sandwich in a bagel with ice coffee. Got a sausage thrown in there which was Ok but not hot. Coffee was like warm and watery. Service was good even though busy.
I ordered a large number 1 and Cinnabons. They handed me the bag and there were no fries, so I told them I ordered a large number one. So he gives me a bag with fries and it’s a medium. So I tell him I ordered a large number one. I bring it home to my son and they gave him a medium drink as well. What are you people pulling on your customers. If I had gotten all the way home, which is a half an hour away I wouldn’t have been able to return it. Luckily, I checked my order because Wendy’s is famous for screwing them up. In the Cinnabon were in edible as they were hard as a rock and I couldn’t even chew them! Stay far away! N
