Oh my... this food was awful. I did a mobile order and went through the drivethru to pick it up. I got up to the window and told them I had a mobile order. The lady proceeds to tell me to pull up. There were three cars in front of me. I said, "Pull up where?" She said, "Nevermind. Stay in line." Huh? So then I finally get the food after a significant wait, and she just stares at me while the other staff are getting the food order complete. I didn't see the benefit in doing a mobile order due to all of this, but I digress. The girl didn't smile. She didn't say hello. She just looked at me. It was so darn strange. I then get the food, check to see if everything is there, and drive it home to my family. The burgers were old dried out. My child said it was worse than the burgers at her school. I have gotten the spicy nuggets many times, but this time, it was like they went straight to the devil and asked for his recipe for nuggets. The nuggets were practically on fire. We ended up throwing away 60-70% of the food. What a waste. It seems all of the fast food restaurants in this location are really bad. It's strange, almost like they have the same owner lol. I won't be back.
My food was made incorrectly even after I specified plain just meat and cheese for the burger. When I had to drive back to get it remade, some guy came from the back trying to tell me I need to specify that next time as if I hadn’t said it prior, getting an attitude. I don’t even think they remade the right burger and I don’t feel comfortable eating it after that interaction.
Might be the worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive thru. So let’s start from the beginning I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal tossed in the hot garlic sauce with a coke. I pay for my meal and was asked to pull up cause I guess they needed time to make it. I wait about 10 minutes for him to bring me the food completely cold with the nuggets being in a container since they were tossed in the sauce with French fries in it somehow. The fries were horrible and cold. To top it all off he didn’t bring me my coke so asked him for my coke. So I wait another 5 minutes for him to bring it to me and it doesn’t come so at that point I got out of my truck to go inside to get the coke. When I walk inside it’s the manager standing there. So I tell him I’m waiting for a coke. And the manager asked his employee you got him coming inside waiting for a coke which was actually the only right thing done through this whole experience. For then the employee tell me the order didn’t say coke which was wrong. So if I didn’t come inside I was going to be waiting for who knows how long. At this point I’m just saying I’m never coming back to this location. Horrible experience do better Wendy’s.
3 years later we decide it’s easy, right down the road, why not. Without fail the world’s worst Wendy’s strikes again. Cold, hard burgers, and forgot half of the order. I don’t know how this store is still in business. It’s honestly impressive how poor of a job they can do, consistently, and still be in business.
Hit or miss. Got a night old burger in place of my breakfast baconator the other day but usually good. Also, make sure you get gas before you go, they prep the cow/chickens as you order.
UPDATE - Still Not Possible to give ZERO Stars or WORST EVER AWARD !!
Todays date11-7-22 I have been in at least 3- other states and several towns and other Wendy's are not the same as the stores in Mandarin and Baymeadows Florida. These stores are still the WORST managed, staffed stores and the Manager I spoke to most recently, claims it is impossible to get help. This is a rediculous statement. They still put approximately 3-square inches of bacon on their Bacon Burgers, they use PLUMB tomatoes and they are sliced approximately 1/8th of an inch thick and you still only get 1-slice, the burgers are cold, and squashed into tiny bags. I guess the management believes everything fits in a 1-size bag. How Wendy's and other fast Food franchises are staying in business now, is beyond me. Worst store in SOUTHEAST USA, in my oppinion, goes to the WENDY's at the Old St. Agustine rd. and i-295 exit in South Jacksonville (Mandarin) Great Job ! Not !
yesterdays date 7-22-2022, I have eaten here 4-times in the past 7-days, working late. I use the Drive thru, NO CARBONATED DRINKS FOR THE Past 8-9 days. Girl at 2nd window has a crapy attitude. Eating ice out of the ice bin with her fingers, no gloves. Tried a HI-C punch for my drink this time. I didn't pay attention to how full she filled the drink (lite,lite ice) put the cup in the holder and RED PUNCH all over my white shorts. 2-of 3 Baccon and cheese singles were smashed into the bag with the 3rd one placed on top to help squash the burgers. Opening the sandwiches to straighten them out so they would at least look proper. I found 1/2 (knife cut) of a 2" diameter tomatoe, 2-(white onion rings not red) a single 6" long thick stemed piece of lettuce. And the bacon was 1-piece broken into 4 pieces, the cheese was fine but the bun was squashed from laying on its side, so the juices made the squashed flat side soggy in a 4-5 minute drive home. The 2nd squashed burger was exactly the same. The 3rd looked flat, and I did check to see if it ttoo had only 1/2 piece of 2" diameter tomatoe, 1-strip off bacon broken into 4-pieces and white onions not red. YEP exactly the same but not squashed.
The store claims there are no bacon, onion or tomatoe shortages. I actually believe at the first pay window, I saw a huge (10-15 lb) clear plastic bag of bacon strips being opened buy one of the young guys. It could have been something else.
I can only guess, that this must be an "Individual owned franchise store" Thats the only excuse I can find fow half bacon and half a 2" tomatoe per sandwich. I'm also guessing the HI-C is at a huge discount over the products WENDY's is advertising on their website for this store.
WAKE UP REGIONAL MANAGER !!!!!
Your probably making 60k-80k minimum to assure WENDY's and WENDY's CUSTOMERS that each store will be serviced, repaired, updated, employed and cleaned to specific standards set forth in your contract with WENDY'S.
When 3"- 4" tomatoes aren't available, use 2" but use 2-3 slices, not half a slice, these were obviously cut with a knife.
I better see this review published and kept at or near the top of the reviews for this store for some time. People need to be informed of the kind of service they will recieve at this store.

When nobody is in drive thru and your food comes out in 30 seconds, you know it’s gonna be cold. This Wendy’s used to be decent, but it never last long… you can get the same meal for an Outback price…
This place is terrible. They should be closed. Looks at the food I just got and their frosty machine. Would give a ZERO if I could while still writing a review. This is horrible. Your corporate will also see this nasty... I guess... Burger...
