Absolutely terrific. Our experience was the perfect start to a morning. The friendliest drive through experience. He made our trip worth it and will one day make an amazing manager if not already one. We left laughing having a great time saying we would love to work under him.
Loved the $6 deal and the soda machine. Kevin took our order and was very friendly. Had a little bit of a wait to place order. Line was longer when we were leaving.
Was waiting at the counter to be waited on for over 5 mins. Not one person greeted me or the others behind me. 2 of them were busy while the 3rd one just stood by the fryer. All 3 of them passed by the front counter and never once recognized that we were there. A "Hi, welcome to Wendy's, someone will be with you shortly" goes a long way.
I don't like how they want you to come in to pick up mobile orders... Wired had me pull around again or come in for a mobile order.. Just strange... Other restaurants don't do that..
Went in and ordered breakfast from the kiosk. Well within a few minutes the manager came and said, "we are only serving lunch right now, sorry the kiosk must not have switched over before you ordered, If yall would like lunch order anything you want and we'll get you taken care of" ordered lunch that costed $7 more for breakfast and they covered the extra.. Great customer service at this location!
Good food, when I ask for my order to be dressed a certain way. It's always correct. And fast delivery
We went through the drive-through for a quick breakfast. The gal who waited on us was a hoot! I have never had breakfast at Wendy's. I had the chicken with maple bacon, which was quite good. My husband had the traditional egg sandwich. He was very pleased with it. We both had the breakfast potatoes, and neither of us thought much of them.
Lettuce and tomatoes they put on my sandwich are nasty.
Glad I brought it home and wiped that mess off and put my cheese burger on a fresh bun before I tried to eat it.
