I hate to leave a bad review but I usually have something wrong with this location, this time in particular I was given the wrong item, different flavor than I ordered. Which usually I would just deal with it cause it’s still the same thing, but this time they also forgot both orders of fries. Hate to be that guy but this time I had to say something.
Overall, and I'm a huge perfectionist and critical about ambiance, organization and charisma. Staff = 10/10! Excellent team!!! A1! But the issues they have to navigate daily (running out of supplies for customer meals throughout the day do to delays, hurricanes and cargo ship quarantinespecially, I originally was aggravate after 36 minutes in drive through window (wasn't offered directly through late parking. But staff and is have got the place down pack, an old I've often see the manager delivering food anf asking e eruone their experience!! A. Amicable assets as a service.
Floors are filthy, service is rude. Please for the love of God. STOP hiring a bunch of young kids and leaving them to themselves. No manners, no service. And nothing clean smh. I really wish chick Fila was open on Sundays smh this place sucks
I ordered from her on DoorDash and they charged me for everything on my order but only sent one item. I didn’t get my chili, fries and the sandwich they sent was made wrong. I am so annoyed!
They literally never give you the sauce you order with your meal. The receipt says BBQ sauce, but it is never in the bag. Doesn't matter if it is ordered in person or delivery they will not put it I the bag. The question is why? Wendy's is not paying y'all more to hoard the freaking sauce and it isn't a hard job to put the sauce in the bag so why do you insist on not completing people's orders? Are you just that bad at a very easy job? I've worked the job before it isn't hard. So why??
WOW ????????!! Where is the NEGATIVE ???? STARS BUTTON when you need it???Ordered double burger which of course costs more than a single, who can't read the screen and know the difference between single and double? That's the most basic task for a Wendy's employee. Count to 1, 2 or 3. Got a single. Drove back around to get it corrected. They refused to let me keep the already bitten into burger as a courtesy for the inconvenience of making me get back in the line...but that's not all! They demanded I give it to them through the window which is a major health code violation cuz I worked restaurants, it's common sense!! Guy at the window assured me they wouldn't eat it and would throw it away SMH Like that's not even the point, why would you even say such a dumb thing?! Decent Krabby Patty though SMH The burger was better than the humans this time. It was the SpongeBob Meal so makes me think Mr. Krabs himself is running this joint!
They always get my order right! I will come to this Wendy's because my food is always hot and fresh every time. The staff is friendly and welcoming
Went here to try the new Italian Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich
It was pretty bad. Soda machines were out of almost everything and no ice. The soda counter was nasty also. I don't like to complain but after a long day of xmas shopping this was not the way to unwind.
