I don't know, my kids eat here, and seem to like it. Usually me or my wife use the drive-thru, which can be a little slow at times (completely understandable). Last time I ate here, maybe a couple of summers ago, can't remember, the food was decent and fresh so, 4 stars and the service was good, so 4 stars. Can't really speak on the condition of the inside, reason for the 1 star. But, cool if you're like me and only eat fast food every blue moon.
I came here to try the new breakfast burrito and it was very good. It has the seasoned fries, bacon, sausage, egg, cheese and a Swiss cheese sauce. Wendys normally has a solid breakfast so I'm not surprised it was good. What stood out tho, the employees. They were super professional and fast. Great job.
We Stood in front of the register for a while and never got attended. Not even an acknowledgment of our presence. Really disrespectful, it doesn’t take much from one of the many workers to acknowledge a customer and say we will be right with you.
Our family just wanted a Frosty, it’s a real embarrassment for this establishment.
I come by this location usually once a week for my #1 breakfast combo and frosty cold brew after I drop my daughter off at school and I just want to say it's always a good experience. Miss Niesha (I believe that's her name according my receipt) is always friendly and efficient and so is the rest of the morning staff. I moved to another side of town with a Wendy's right down the street by my neighborhood but I still prefer saving my weekly breakfast treat for this location. A smile and pleasant interactions in the morning goes a long way, thank you ????????
First atmosphere went to the restroom clean. Dining area few people sitting down eating their lunch. The floors in the restaurant where immaculate. Service great food piping hot. One note I would like to add. When you get a combo the french fries are automatically small. You have to ask for a large if you want that with your combo.
Spicy Chicken Sandwich is now half the size but at the same price. Also, please fix or use the air conditioner! It's super hot in the dinner area, I can only imagine how hot it has to be in the kitchen area.
Unfortunately Wendy's Baconator was a hard pill to swallow. As a customer of Wendy's you expect to have great customer service and great food but on 7/17 /19 I was highly disappointed let down by the Wendy's Corporation only because I pay for a great burger that you advertise and I get this. Came to have lunch with a few friends and enjoy the day unfortunately I was very nervous... made myself upset and sick because I felt something was done to this burger after re fixing this burger. as a young man with dreads stood at the counter, who was supposed to be in the back... waiting for me to take a bite.... made it so very suspicious that something was done to this Berger.... I pray to God that I don't have the ugly spirit bestowed upon me from the management and cook team at this Wendy's on Whittlesey Road in Columbus Georgia. I tried to get my friends to switch burgers with me because I was feeling really bad about eating this re cooked Berger... but through prayer I got through it but it's sad to have that type of feeling at a fast food restaurant that stands for greatness..... your Associates bring it down to a ""whatever standard"" very upset because this is one of the reasons why I don't care for fast food because you never know what people do to your food after you complain.... you have to complain because pay $10 I did not get a receipt and the burger was called the Baconator and the standard is to take one piece of bacon and crumble it into three pieces and charge you $10 for the meal.. wow!
I was recommended to come here by an employee at the great American cookies. And wow I’m impressed this is a first in a long time that a fast food joint was actually good all around the board. The food is fresh the drinks are made good and the staff was quick with the order. It’s nice and clean and I will definitely be back to enjoy some more
