Best WLM Reviews
I've had nothing but good luck here as opposed to some other people. I order online and then just go here and pick up the order, no probs! What I like is the super deals you get online, like a Dave's burger for just $1.00! Reg like $6.50! I get them to add extra tomato, onions lettuce and mayo all for free!
The interior has been all remodeled and nice and clean. I like sitting by the nice big windows. Fries are some of the best fast food fries I've had. Online I got a free large order of fries!
I went in to grab a burger and I saw the lady at the fry station sweep a bunch of nuggets into a pile on the floor than she didn't wash her hands until she turned around and saw me that was after she made a few orders of fries
Real fries and real think frostys. The staff here always seems to be polite and the service has always been fast. This is a great stop for me when I travel to Carson City during the week.
They cheat their customers every time. If you order a Dave's double, baconator or any other large patty double burger, at least one patty will be swapped for 2 Jr patties. A Dave's single is $7. A double Jr cheeseburger is $3. They are intentionally cheating customers to maximize profit. If you go large on your value meal, they tell you you cannot get a large drink with your meal. Only if you order a drink separately. Prices are too high to begin with. But management here steals from their customers, cheats them out of money. If they steal a dollar from each customer by doing something shady, they'll profit an extra $1k per day or more. That's $365K/yr by cheating their customers. It's not just bad business, it's criminal. I'd like to see the establishment closed and the manager/franchisee charged with embezzlement.
Their hamburgers are always good .....one of .the best hamburgers . Their lemonade is a thirst quencher , it's real lemonade not fountain or powder .....always a good place too cool down with a frosty as well .
Overall best Wendy's I have ever eaten at. For Carson City prices beat out competition. Food is always fresh and hot, staff is friendly, store is clean. Above average time after ordering to receive your order
Ordered a baconator, and was given a junior. Employee tried to claim it was correct, but I was given what looked like something off the kids menu. She resolved and fixed the problem, but I do not appreciate being lied to, and I would caution anyone else from ordering here, to avoid being taken advantage of. Spent extra gas and time getting this corrected. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
Showed up about an hour before closing. All the staff would say was out of service. Claiming their system was down. They sounded half asleep. This has been a trend since covid pretty sure their system was perfectly operational but they just didn't feel like making food.
This Wendy's has been historically problematic in the area. I've been killed by a lot of locals to avoid it like the plague. Because its very poorly managed.
