Best WLM Reviews
Exceptionally good staff Jeanette / Judith.
This level of customer service would never be found in Europe.
(and bathrooms clinically clean!).
No matter what time I go in the crew is always friendly, helpful, and accurate. The store is clean and the food is good.
The only thing good about this place is the building/location. Poor customer service had everyone in line shaking their heads. Treat your customers better.
I really can't say this is the best place to eat in Lompoc. They constantly forget items and when you go into the lobby you are ignored till you say something to someone. The food is delicious but service can improve. The parking lot also has many potholes and needs to be replaced.
Pretty Solid place with a low cost menu and a motivated staff. They also do a military discount.
Their fries could be better, but their burgers are pretty good.
Nobody at this place seems to know proper food handling protocols. I have worked fast food before and I know that you are regularly supposed to change gloves and wash your hands ESPECIALLY after handling money. I saw one worker wearing the same gloves for a good 10 min while taking customers orders, handling cash, and also packing orders and I also had one worker give me my tray and a chicken nugget had fallen onto the counter and the worker proceeded to quickly pick it up with her bare hands and put it back in the box of nuggets hoping i wouldn’t notice.
Normal Wendy's but the staff are always super polite. Lobby is well kept.
