I Received the best customer service yesterday afternoon ,The Manager wasVery Respectful she definitely made sure all my food was fresh store was very clean and the whole crew was friendly I will be back
Ordered a #1 double, got home and the burger wasn't even cooked all the way. Mind you, the sanitation grade was a 90, guess no one knows how to cook. Need better employees as well since the service was not great. Won't be going back.
The staff is great. Very friendly, but the burgers were just warm, bread was stale. The fries were hot and fresh. The inside could use a makeover. Peeling wallpaper and worn looking.
This Wendy’s location is mismanaged and has consistent issues with speed, order accuracy(missing items, wrong size drinks), and food quality (old fries). The better Wendy’s is down the road closer to 421 and Lewisville.
I’ve had good experiences with them but it’s a gamble and I’ve spent years avoiding it. Whoever owns the franchise needs to pay more attention.
Yesterday I took a chance on it, I ordered 3 meals. A kids meal which was fine. I also got a classic single combo and the SpongeBob Kollab Burger Combo. I only got one of the medium fries for the two combos, and the fries, while warm, tasted like they’d been under the heat lamp for 10 minutes. Both of the burgers appeared to be identical with ketchup and mayo on both as well as unlabeled which burger is the special one, which I suppose in this case didn’t matter. I did find out there’s supposed to be some kind of burger sauce on the SpongeBob “Krabby Patty”. They also shorted me one straw, but thankfully caught that before I drove off.
I stopped by to eat after work and the customer service was AWESOME. Food was great as always, dining room was clean, bathroom clean. Great experience, definitely will be back.
This Wendy's only had a rating of 90. If we hadn't been in a hurry we would have went elsewhere, but we were out of town and not familiar with the area's choices. The food took too long but the fries were hot. There was only one car in the entire parking lot and the cashier was less than enthusiastic. The sandwiches were mediocre and the chicken nuggets were cold. Will skip this location on my next trip.
I had a problem with my order and the manager and his team worked to make it right! The whole team was very nice and willing to fix the issue.
This is one of the worst Wendy’s ever, I will be so happy when they just shut this one down. Went thru DT no one said anything the 2 guys just standing there looking stupid waiting for my to pull off. I tried to give this one another chance but this is ridiculous. People just don’t want to work!!
