It was easy to place an order, but once at the window, the cashier was not very friendly. Wanted to order another item flat out and said no, we had to pull back around. There were no other cars in line! So did that. and once we got the food, it was tossed in. Just bad experience ????
It was easy to place an order but I had ordered a baconator...and well I'll let the picture do the talking
Went through drive thru, when I got home my order was wrong. Bought a baconator gotten a bacon cheese burger instead. My husband's burgers were burnt and dried out. Fries were cold. Not pleased .

My daughter went to wendys tonight and bought food, she got a chicken sandwich combo and 2 daves single burgers. The chicken as u see in pictures is raw and had a sour smell to it. They did the same thing to me and my husband, i believe the health department needs to be called, my daughter threw up, they dont change their grease properly either, fries are burned and dark brown from the old grease. Wendys here in royston used to be good, but now if u eat there, u are taking a huge risk of food poisoning. We wont eat there ever again. Yuck!!!!
The Wendy's in Ralston Georgia was the worst I have ever been in the hamburger patties were cooked ahead of time they were burnt the French fries were cold The worst experience I ever had at a Wendy's will never go back again Don't know if I'll ever eat it Wendy's again something needs to be done there The staff were not very friendly bathrooms were dirty not a very good place to go eat stay away I hope someone will do something about this
Idk what the guidelines are but I’m really upset of the lettuce and I think I’m supposed to get two tomatoes. They only put one that’s kinda shame.
Worst wendys I have ever been too. I was at the window for 10 mins and my food is just horrible. Completely dried out and I order a baconator I got 1 piece of bacon. And to top it off my frys was dumped in upside down. Do not go to this place it is terrible.
