a health inspector needs be be here and shut down this dine in. There is mold clearly in sight in this place, the ceiling vents the boards and along the carpet near the drink machine. My friend and I had serious concerns over this. food wasn't bad and service was good albeit forgot something. Drink machine was out of so many options. Overall just concerned for the workers staying in there all day inhaling mold.
Drive through was slow, didn't recognize items on their menu, missed items when delivered. At 7pm the interior was locked so we had to shout over the car at the window to get our missing items.
I came to this place expecting greatness for its age, like fine wine. however! I am most dissapointed to say that it looked like a raggedy carpet. ALTHOUGH! One of the staff members was nice enough to give me a wink and told me that i should buy the chilli anddd ohhhh i must say it was truely delightful. Would recommned. ????
This place definitely needs updated. We waited for a fresh Spicey chicken. They must of put our food together before they cooked it because it was not hot. I guess frosty-chinos are only sold during breakfast (?). That’s what I was told even though it doesn’t say that. Probably will not be back to this one. Wendy’s has gone downhill.
Spent $15 for two sandwiches. This is what I received. The bun on the first in is literally rock hard. No exaggeration. The egg and cheese looks like it’s been sitting out for hours. How disgusting. They should be ashamed to hand something like this to a customer. Completely lost my appetite
No one at the counter when I walked in. Zero customers in the store. Young guy wearing his pants around his thighs showing his underwear walked up to the counter and just looked at me. So I just looked back. Finally he very quietly said what can I help you with. I told him I want a medium chocolate frosty. I asked if they give a veterans discount. He looked at me like he didn't know what a veteran is. I asked again. He walked over and asked the manager , they said " no" the frosty was fine but the service and cleanliness of the restaurant is horrible.
I just had a mobile order a chicken sandwich and two lemonade and two chilis the chilis were ice cold and the lemonade hot the chicken sandwich was fine worst experience ever
The rudest staff you could hope for. Couldn't figure out my order. Manager didn't even look at the receipt and trumped "over there". It was not. It was someone else's order. I could have taken someone's order which was twice the size of mine. I returned to the counter and she was aggravated that my order was not ready. There is another Wendy's on 87th Street. Go there.
