The saucy nuggets are my new favorite item besides the spicy ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich. Service could be quicker. I'd see cars drive around the line and leave so y'all still losing money on slow service.
This is the slowest Wendy's on this side of the city. I was in the drive-in for 25 minutes waiting on food. Fast food almost doesn't exist anymore. Don't come here unless you want to wait. Lately it's always like this. It didn't use to be this way here. Customer service has really gone down.
This location took forever to complete a drive through order. I had two cars in front of me. It took 20 minutes to get to the window.
The front car and the employee kept passing food back and forth.
Once I finally got to the window, they didn't know which order was mine. It took an additional 10 minutes to receive a simple biggie bag order.
It appeared that not a single employee knew what was going on.
I contacted Wendy's Corp, who stated that a rep from location would contact me.
This incident occurred on 7/21/24. It is now 8/26/24. I have yet to hear from the location. This business practice is unacceptable.
I have reached back out to Corp with no follow-up received.
Do not dine at this location.
I am considering never visiting another Wendy's.
You are guaranteed to wait at least upwards of 25 minutes every time you get in line here. When they don’t feel like taking orders on front counter (when you go on trying to avoid the mile long drive thru line) their credit card machine never “works” on front counter. The GM here is in lala land most of the time, while his crew and managers walk through the store cussing, playing tag and doing everything but making burgers and fries. If I dont absolutely have to come here (because it’s often the only thing open around here past 9pm) I avoid at all costs. And sometimes I just go home hungry.
It doesn’t make sense. That management allows multiple teenagers in the dining area that are horseplaying around, cussing out loud when there’s kids, and play fighting. I love Wendy’s, but I won’t be returning back to this location because management did not stop those kids and there wasn’t anybody at the register for more than five minutes to take their order to get them out. Wendy’s would be better off switching out management who is willing to take care of the facility. If you have children, this is not the place to sit in and eat food with them. I would only take it out to go or go through the drive-through not actually go into the building.
In line for ever. I ordered the fish sandwich. That is only available during Lent. The fish sandwich was warm to the touch and the employee was a little not understanding. I sat in the parking lot another 10
Minutes.
DO NOT GO THERE late at night! Last night (7/31/24) their employee "helped" one car through the drive thru at a time. What I mean by this is they took their order at the speaker, let them move forward only, made and handed out their order BEFORE even acknowledging the next car. I was there waiting to pick up an order from 1:15am until they closed at 2am with only TWO cars ahead of me and NEVER RECEIVED what I was there for because they were then closed!!! I saw AT LEAST two dozen cars get upset and leave the line while I waited too. Their employee LOST this store soooo much money by turning away basically every customer that was there the last hour they were open. To make matters WORSE their employee was hanging out the drive thru window just talking and laughing with a random car that pulled up to the window instead of doing their job!!!
Today 8/28/24 is the worst day ever here. Was buying some meal in the drive through it took almost 30 minutes. It was bunch of workers had seen back there but rather do a family meeting.
