DO NOT ORDER OR EAT AT THIS LOCATION EVER!!!! The “Management” is some of the worst I’ve EVER experienced! I have not only worked in the food industry, but my family owned a burger place in Pasadena for YEARS! As an Account Mgr in Oil & Gas and provide superior customer service. The industry doesn’t matter, quality customer service should be the foundation of your culture, PERIOD!!!
Their good if the evening and afternoon but they suck in the morning. My order has been rung up wrong twice in the drive thru. First time I had it fixed the second time I didn’t care enough to try and fix it. Same employee rung me up both times. Other than that. It’s a hit or miss like most fast food places.
Update (11/1/24)
They still suck In the mornings. Just waited over 20 mins for my order after I got pulled up and moved twice. Then when I went to go inside and said I had been waiting for 20 mins the manager laughed and just walked away. Unfortunately I won't be going back.
Drive thur/ overcharged no receipt, last time that happened my card also got hacked ,same place
I've always liked Wendy's burgers. Especially the bacon burger. I just wish they had one near where I live.
I go here at least a few times a week for breakfast. The gentleman doing the drive through is amazing and fast. Great service every single time
Today I had to walk to walmart to pick up insulin. After, i went in wendys, crosby tx and had a very blessed experience with DREW who waited on me. I am 73 n on a walker. Drew is an excellent first person to see in your store. Had extreme patience, kindness, n amazing customer service. I was so tired. She helped with my drink n checked on me b4 i left. This may seem SMALL to u. Was huge to me n customers who saw her doing this. I dont usually take time to gush like this. I just hope, in some way, u recognize this exceptional young lady. Long walk home wasnt quite as far because of her above n beyond. Thank you for listening.

Food was cold not fresh burgers bun was hard and old called and the manager Roger was unprofessional when I complained about my food he says "oh damn" took my name down and hopefully my food get replaced Tomo
