Diala is her name. Rude lady who supposed to be the manager was very rude. I told her I paid for my order on the kiosk, but she didn’t wanna believe me so I had to charge my car twice. She was very rude. I hope this goes up to corporate because her behavior is not OK. If I’m showing you the receipts why can’t I get my food. She was working on Saturday was very rude. I will not be coming back to this location for a long time. Diala is very disrespectful and is not at all professional at manager
Diala Rude lady who was supposed to be manager charged me twice. I paid for 2 meals on 2 different kiosk. The lady told me she could not service me even after I showed her I paid for my food. The other manager is usually nice to me but this one on Saturday December 14 was very disrespectful. I will not be coming back to this location and this is my own neighborhood . Her name is Diala and I will never forget this experience
Wow this visit turned out to be about the restaurant not the food. This is the dirtiest fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. Which made my meal which was good but not so enjoyable. I thought Wendy's had high standards. Every table was dirty, food on the floor everywhere. Cups and trash on the tables. It was at 5pm so not after a lunch rush. If this is what the front of the restaurant looks like, what's in the back? I don't think I want to know. I'm very disappointed.
Horrible experience every time. All the times i’ve gone, they’ve either gotten my order wrong, forgotten sauces, the food is cold or the burger meat is raw. And on top of that, the staff is run by children. Nothing in how I interact with them, should justify attitude. I can hear when whoever is taking the order sighs or complains over the mic. When i go up to the window, they don’t greet or interact. You work at a wendy’s not a high end restaurant. Management does a poor job training their employees. I’ve never had a good experience at this Wendy’s
IDK what happened but honestly I'm pissed. Online with door dash with Wendy's I've done a lot. And I've never had it come up to over 12 dollars for their biggie deal. Didn't get it obviously cuz for over 12 dollars a person I can get something better but y'all need to fix that cuz it ain't a biggie deal no more if it's the same price for the rest of the meals
First of all, I was not provided a receipt so I do not even have an order number to reference. Second, I ordered the new chicken sandwich because I really wanted the fried pickles. As you can see my sandwich did not even have fried pickles on them. I also had cold fries and my so-called diet root beer was definitely not root beer. This place is absolutely awful!
I got these quickly in 3 separate bags (sounds like someone is saving the food in storage). Oakland's spicy chicken was AMAZING. Fresh spicy "hot and ready guaranteed" these ain't fresh. These ain't guaranteed. What the hell were you thinking giving customers this garbage. You wouldn't feed it to your momma then don't feed it to the people who pay money for some spicy chickens it ain't hard to cook them right quick. Can't even type from this disappointment. Got a refund though.
