You can't get more local than this! I'm a first-timer at Juicy Burger And I've heard all the rage about their menu. It did not disappoint! Staff is amazing, they make you feel like family as soon as you walk in and they serve you their best ???? We'll be back to support them often ????
The food is always fresh and well made. The staff are exceptional and the restaurant was clean and tidy! Best little spot in town!
Update:
Called the Wendy’s. Asked the manager what dressing came with the salad, she said champagne vinaigrette ... which I already knew. I told her I was given ranch and asked if they were out of bacon. She said they’re not out of bacon, so I just didn’t get it. I said please let your drive thru person know to be telling people 1. They’re out of the dressing and chicken. She said they are. No they’re not. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. Way to go. If I could give zero stars I would. I live to far away to come back. If they were busy I would understand but there were 2 cars in front of us and no one behind us.
Ordered the strawberry summer salad...
Was told at the pay window the “grilled chicken” was down. I was offered breaded chicken or spicy breaded chicken. I said no chicken is fine. Was given NO discounts.
Then got my strawberry salad with RANCH dressing! And NO bacon.
Disgusting. No thanks Irvine Wendy’s.
This is the second time that I have stopped at this Wendy's and both times I place my order online through the app and when I get to the drive-thru the wait is forever there was two cars in front of me I think I said and drive-thru for 10 minutes or better wasn't greeted when I pulled up to the window not even spoke to
Always great chili that is hot and tastes great however there were pieces of meat in it so big that it made me sick to look at. Potato was a little over done and turning brown inside, but just picked around at it
Stopped to get a coffee and fries through drive through. After leaving the speaker a woman in a white truck, who I assume works there cuts in front of me. She continues to sit and talk for 10 mins, and have the workers fill her pink Stanley cup up lol. Got my food and the fries were burnt to a crisp. I won’t be back.
Google says open til midnight on Friday. Their own app says open til midnight on Friday. They were closed before 10pm. This Wendy's sucks!!! They need to close this down and let something move in that will actually be good and open when they are supposed to be!!!
They used to be very good. The past 3 times I have went there, I have sat in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes and the food was horrible, not fresh, and the orders aren't right. Not friendly at all. They are always out of items on the menu. I have even gotten actually melted frostys that I didn't notice until I was already home. I don't know what happened here, but it has went way downhill in every way, this is particularly in the evening.
