None of the drinks tasted like what they were supposed too (clean the machine please).
The sandwich (Dave's Single), bread was hard, not fresh. I would not say it was "made fresh".
The large fries however were very good, and portion was perfect.
The self serve pop machine looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in days the floors were super sticky and so were the tables and there were about 3-5 flies flying around smh
Worst experience ever! We went inside the restaurant only to have an angry man tell us we had to go through the drive-thru. Went through the drive-thru, and after I placed my first order, I was asked if that was it. When I said no, I got the what else can I get you? Gentleman was very rude. The 10-piece nuggets were only eight, I was missing a fry, and the fries were cold. I had my grandchildren (age 10 & 13) with me, and even they made a comment on how rude the man was. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I will never eat there again.
My son and I went thru the drive thru on 8-30-24 around 4:45 pm. There were 2 vehicles in front of us. The young lady taking orders screamed thru the speaker "You will have to wait!" We didn't even say anything. I would have left but my son really wanted a chicken sandwich. She took our order 10 minutes later. No apology for how rude she was. Terrible ! Will never go back.
Tried to get food on my lunch break. The app said I could pick it up in the lobby, but when I got there it was locked and there were 12 cars sitting in the drive thru not moving for 15 minutes. Tried to contact them for a refund and can't even get anyone on the phone. Service when you DO get it is subpar at best. I will never return here, you ruined my day.
A couple weeks ago, we sat in the drive thru for 22 minutes, an hour before they closed.. circled the building 2x with 2 other vehicles before we left.
Every time you order a grilled chicken sandwich it comes with different toppings....
They gave us a burger WITH NO BUNS......
Last night they gave me 2 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers with nothing more than meat cheese and bacon, stale room temperature nuggets, & the wrong frosty.....
They NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE... EVER.. good luck getting ahold of anybody over there.. it will litterally ring till it disconnects.
This Wendy's IS BOGUS
I went through the drive-through and got what I usually get. The young lady working the drive-through is very snarky and sarcastic, and as she handed my food, she impatiently slammed it against my car door waiting for me to grab it. Unbelievably rude never going back again.
Our whole order was wrong ( $64) feeding out of town friends. I ordered 4 large baconator meals , 1 frosty and 1 Cinnabon thing.
Burgers had no bacon
Fries were old as crap
Cinnabon thing was hard as a rock, came out of the cup in 1 large hard lump.
The drinks were wrong. 2 cokes n 2 diets, got all regular .
The frosty was correct n delicious.
The kids working were polite.
Wendy's needs to step up their game in minooka.
