Service is fast & workers appear to be doing a good job.
I tried to order a fish sandwich combo from this location and was told it was "seasonal." Which I found very interesting since I was able to get it at the Wendy's that is 9 mins away. Also, the cashier at the drive thru window was very unwelcoming. Bad first impression.
We went through the drive thru, and the person who was on the mic didn't have great customer service. My order was prepared incorrectly, ordered a bacon cheese burger with No Cheese, and of course it had cheese in it. Had to turn around and walk inside to get it fixed. The manager was super nice and apologized about it. Wendys is one of my favorite places to go to because of their fresh burgers, I will definitely return to the place even though the customer service wasn't that great.
To the workers and management, if you want to have business please give better service. This burgers aren’t acceptable, one old piece of a small lettuce and old slice of tomato isn’t it. Besides the fact that the chicken meat has gotten thinner you also giving less lettuce and tomatoes? Plus not looking fresh? To the workers please make sure order is complete when ordering thru window, is not ok to get home and not have everything you payed for. Thank you in advance
There breakfast is astonishing I live how it's cooked to order always steaming hot and delicious always get the egg and sausage with potatoes because burgers are also cooked to order delicious food
Would love this to be a higher score but really can't. Staff is nice enough but whoever they have working the prep station either can't read or couldn't be bothered to pay attention to the order ticket. Every time we have come here, there has been something wrong with our order. This past time we asked to not include onions in the burgers, the staff decided that meant nothing on the burger but condiments. Mind you the burgers were supposed to have lettuce tomatoes pickles and bacon. Like why bother spending the money they want, just to know they will mess it up. To boot it was a mobile order. So it's not like they misheard me or anything.
Horrible seating area. Only have 2 booth options available (If they're available) so I hope you like hardwood chairs
lol this is how they gave me the new saucy nuggets, just order nuggets and a side of barbecue sauce this was disgusting
