Mushroom bacon Swiss burger was delicious! The burger was so neatly put together that it actually looked like the burgers in the commercials. Not all smashed with ingredients oozing out of the sides. It was really good 9/10 ????
Also the spicy garlic Parmesan nuggets were ridiculously good. Haven't been this satisfied with a fast food meal in years. It blows McDonald's and BK out of the water ????????
The new saucy nuggets are pretty good. I ordered a large chili and was disappointed. The container was only 2/3 full. The amount would have fit in a small container that they sell and also the chili was only slightly warm.
My biggest issues were that the women taking my order was not listening to me at all. I repeatedly said, "JR cheeseburger." I again repeated my order before driving away.
The young man at the first window was nervous and very polite when i asked why my total was so much. He was not sure. Again, the young man at the second window was also very polite. The women blew it off.
I parked and got out my food. I'm eating it because I'm hungry and angry at this point! Do better people! Do better!

Went drivethru they could listen better.food and service good...much better then the big m.
Mold on the ceiling tiles water dripping from moldy air vents, greasy floors lack of attention to dining room unclean. The bathrooms are filthy the one toilet actually moves inependently from the floor. The food was good, and came out quickly.
Decent best around really mistakes happen at any fast food so just always ask for Fresh.
Update: the person who bags the food was awful this time and bagged the wrong order for me and somehow skipped or cleared my order so I had to wait a good 5 mins before I got the wrong order lol I was at work so ate what I had ruined my lunch for sure ????
One of the men who works drive up has such a bad attitude that I just ended up leaving because I don't know what's going on back there. This is the third time it's happened. I don't know if the whole team has that attitude or if management isn't treating staff well. But it's not worth the potential issues that could come from that situation
Worst food. It literally taste like it has been sitting there for hours. I wouldn’t waste your time or money!
