The employees don't pay attention to the order and throw whatever in a bag because it doesn't matter to them you door dashed it and only have a limited amount of time for a break.
Lindsay "the manager" should know how to manage a fast food establishment.
My guess is that she doesn't considering this happens pretty frequently not just me but a lot of people just look at the rating of this place stay away from it far far away
Better experiences here than every other Wendy’s I’ve been to in our area. Saucy nuggs were not for me but my boyfriend really liked them.
Waited at the speaker and in line for a very long time even though we were the 3rd car there. We ordered the new saucy nuggets… a 6 piece, got less than 6 and the nuggets weren’t even saucy. They had the lobby closed even though everyone visible in the window was on their phone. If I could give 0 stars I would just because of the carelessness.
Just had an order brought by doordash the right stuff was on the receipt but two lousy chicken sandwiches were in the bag. The order that was supposed to be filled including the $10 baconator sandwich. So I just paid $30 for two lousy chicken sandwiches and fries.
So is it customary for the employees to sleep in front of customers in the dining room and then return to work, not wash their hands at all after eating? At 11:47 AM today an employee was sleeping in a booth with a hoodie over his face and was covered in crumbs, his garbage sitting on the table. This person is now going to make my food? Are you serious? Not to mention I am now sitting here almost 20 minutes after and no one has come to clean where he was sleeping in a booth for customers. I’m sure the health department would like to know employees are violating state code!
I work there so the reason why doors are locked is because we don't have enough people working the correct spots or we have new people. Ik what it's like waiting for your food but think of the people who actually showed up and are trying to serve you the best we can. We are sorry that we are slow. We are slow because we want to make sure you are getting fresh food and good prices for it. Thank you
This is a better location they most of the time get your order correct only once had an issue. I only come to this location now they seem friendly as well all the others they all seem to have attitudes in drive thru like they hate their job but not here they are always friendly and happy
So I got a job up here well I thought I did. I told the older lady I could not start until next week due to money issues and she said that was okay! She proceeds to tell me that the restaurant was getting fixed up so it worked out. Next thing I know she scheduled me Saturday and had no regards to what I told her. Called up there to let her know if we can push back orientation and she was very rude! Called back the next day and no answer so I definitely don’t have a job now or even started with them. HR needs to re-evaluate who they hire! It’s very disappointing but I’m glad it happened the way it did. I do not want to work for a company who’s rude or bullies others!
