Don't say you "open @6:30am" if you're not going to do your job. Placed a mobile order @9:00am and arrived @9:10am to two other customers in the drive-thru ahead of me. The employee(s) on duty were standing outside doing nothing, one with a headset on. The two ahead of me pulled off, so I pulled up and had another customer arrive behind me. 9:25am hit, and the employee(s) were still standing/sitting outside just talking and laughing while we waited. 9:30am hit and I just decided to cancel my order. This is not my first time with issues at this location. If you're not going to "do your job", then go home and let someone who actually wants to work do it. I don't want to be that person, but seriously... when people have places to be and need fuel to get there, I fully expect to get it. I WILL NOT ever return to this location. If you seriously want Wendy's and can afford the extra 6 minute drive, I recommend going up 2 exits to Bermuda Run at the Advance location. The absolute BEST employees. Food isn't always 100, but the quality of service ALWAYS makes up for it. The Lewisville/Clemmons location needs serious work on who they hire, or just to shut down. They always close early and have the snobbiest and rudest employees.
The food was not the best. The fries were overcooked. The new berger didn't impress me very much, but that wasn't their fault. The TV was off. I didn't want it on but the kids did. Some of the drinks were not available, which is normal, it just added to the experience. I'm sure next time I come it'll be a better experience.
Wendy's was clean, the staff was friendly, and I got great prices using the app on my phone. The food was warm, delicious and my grandkids loved it. The cashier even helped me walk out to my car with all the food and drinks. I recommend this place if you really want good customer service and a nice atmosphere.
Just went through the drive through. Took way longer than needed with very poor service. You would hope at least your food would be warm if you had to wait that long. Nope. Order was wrong, didnt get receipt, burgers tasted like the were under a warming lamp for 20+ mins. Fries were the worst ive ever gotten from anywhere. They were stale and cold. They were literally brown. Looked as though they had been re-fried at least 3 times or more. This place used to be a go to about 7+ years ago, but has slowly declined into the very sad state it is in now. Rating is only 93! This place needs to bulldoze, clean house and start over!
Absolutely horrific from start to stop. Speaker kid was rude as hell, curt and nasty. The "lady" at the window was also rude and curt and very nearly dumped the drinks on my wife.
They had us pulled forward and took well over ten minutes to bring us our food-not even counting when the "lady" at the counter brought us SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER, realized her mistake, yanked it back, and rudely said "never mind, this ain't yers" before wandering over to the correct car. She had her nose in her phone the entire time.
We stopped after the wrestling match at West Forsyth High School, because the student athletes had not eaten for many hours, and they accommodated almost 40 people at 10:15 p.m. with patience and courtesy and lots of patience ...... Did I mention that they showed an exemplified a lot of patience !!!
Dining room is posted to be open until midnight, but they closed it at 6pm. Takes over 2 minutes to get through the drive through. This used to be a great spot .
Just had a chicken wrap with chicken so overcooked and dry it was like trying to crunch a brick. I have never had such awful food from Wendy's before. This Wendy's must be the worst in the Triad. After waiting an extensive amount of time in line to get my food. Avoid the Wendy's at exit 242 on 421.
