The young man at the cashier did well very friendly. However, his coworker getting high out front was not conducive for the atmosphere. The cross contaminated my fries with spicy flavor. I am sensitive to spicy heat. I could not finish my fries because of that and they were old. If. It dor wanting to get home, which is hours away, would have returned my food.
Went to drive-thru at 7:30pm. No lights on outside of building, parking lot or on the order board to choose an item! When we pulled up to pay we mentioned we couldn’t see anything without the lights. The staff said the manager turns lights off and they have no control. Sandwich had a old, limp piece of lettuce and a slice of tomato the size of pepperoni!!! Terrible.
Walked in no one was at the front counter, after a min waiting person near the drive thru said customer up front
I bought some Halloween booklets, he placed the booklets on the counter, rang me up, and walked away without a word. I had to grab my receipt off the printer ????.
Could not get easy order right , had to go around again just to get straws and I won't talk about the food even called Mgr and he hung up on me
The employees are kind and courteous. The food is absolutely horrible. I’m not sure what happened. This was once my favorite Wendy’s. For the past few months everything is awful.
I had a door dash order when it had gotten to me I started to eat there what plastic that had been prepared with my food I am not happy let alone they won’t answer the phone I do not recommend to eat here I would rate this place a 0 if I could!
Cashier was unhelpful and wouldn’t respond when we brought up a mistake with our order. This location was out of basic items such as lettuce, mayo, and baconator sauce. Mirror was torn of the wall in the restroom
Just ordered though the app. When we get there with our children we are told several items are unavailable. Including any kind of soda. When asked about a refund we are told to go to customer service. No offer to replace anything. Got home to find out the burgers were complete red. Uncooked!!!!! This used to be the good Wendy’s. It’s terrible these days. Stay away!!!
