Very unprofessional. 3 employees are just cussing every other word talking to each other. 1 i believe is a manager with a braid she looks angry and is cursing with her associates. So unprofessional. Waiting 15mins to get a number 7 and only 1 person was ahead of me in the store. Absolutely ridiculous service!
Food was great though
I'd like to point out first off how polite and friendly the workers are here. We might stop in every 6 months. But they are always polite. The restrooms are always clean. The facility is clean. Today we witnessed a gal walking around the parking lot with her headset on and a clipboard in one hand picking up trash with the other. It's hard to find good workers that actually do their job, but these ladies go above and beyond other places! They deserve their $20 an hr pay!
The food is always good and of course the best strawberry lemonade.
EXTREMELY CLEAN restrooms and dining area. Not busy to dine in as most people are drive-thru orders. All employees were clearly happy. I felt a wonderful vibe upon entering. This is how every establishment should operate as this. Management is clearly doing a fantastic job.
Keep up the great service. I drive the 99 every so often. I'm definitely stopping here to and from my destinations.
I think the guy ordered three sandwiches and a frost. I went inside to get some ranch and use the bathroom. The manager was extremely rude. Her name was Veronica. She not only charge me extra for the sauce, but did not want to give me access to the bathroom, which also happened to be flooded and dirty. At the time she was not aware of.. would never go back here.
I honestly only order their biscuits and gravy. I’ve been to sooo many different restaurants and no one has beat Wendy’s! Best flavor ever! Now I would’ve given it 5 stars if they weren’t so stingy with their gravy. Come on Wendy’s, we’re here for the sauce. We want our biscuits wet and we want to dip our fries, all in the same gravy. Help a fatty out!
If you like being screwed over, go order something, you will get home only to find they didn’t put what you ordered in the bag. All as well, is it food? I’m done.
The most amazing fast food experience I've had. The food was fresh and the staff were absolutely amazing especially with my 3 year old. They had conversations with him, made him laugh, and he had such a great time. Thank you so much!
I got my nephew the chicken sandwich 4x4 combo. The guy asked if I wanted a sauce for his nuggets I said yes BBQ. They didn't put any BBQ or ketchup no napkins. NOTHING! And when he opens the sandwich he refused to eat it. He said it looked weird. I thought he was over reacting so I took a bite of it and the chicken was super dry and hard.
