i understand that my order was big but i ordered a baconator with just cheese bacon pickles and ketchup. i got it with lettuce onion and mayo.there was so much sauce on my burger it was sobbing wet. when i checked my bag the first time they gave it to me i was missing food. none of the food was hot when i got to my house 5 minutes after leaving. one of the ladies was gettin aggveratd. i was very displeased with the service and the food. and they over charged me for things i did not get
Trashy environment, employees, and service. The employees kept pretending to be deaf, they didn't have the food I order, and didn't refund me.
Trashy environment, awful staff, and SCAM company.
Horrible service. Workers are rude and when they are called out on their mistake, they just look at you with an attitude. Manager and employees need a class on customer service.
I apparently disturbed the cashier. She didn't smile or greet me. She mumbled her words so badly I couldn't understand her. No receipt and the bacon was flimsy. Definitely not worth the $13.65. It's a shame that their hiring at $10 an hour but the service is horrible.
Ate there last night. My youngest forgot her camera she got the day before ar her birthday party. We didn't notice until we got home over an hour later. I called the store the manager found the camera and held it for me until I was able to pick it up this morning on my way to work. I picked up the camera and the food was so good I ate there again for lunch today.
Absolutely disappointed in how my order was executed. The worker even repeated my order back to me right and when I got home to no surprise it was wrong. Working in fast food myself it's workers like this that give a bad name to fast food experiences. Cold food, wrong orders, sad I'm not surprised. Just disappointing.
Ordering was weird. Options asked that did not match the menu or other Wendy's locations. Was the cashier confused? Who knows
Shame on y’all!!! I doordashed a baked potato and instead of saying they were out, they replaced it with PLAIN FRIES!! My boyfriend warned them I’m pregnant, I almost cried. Now I’m eating plain cold wendy’s fries with mozzarella cheese.
