I like their burgers. Though the greasy burgers may not be for everyone. My burger bun was shiny and slick from the grease. I don't believe it was "just that one day" because everytime I get a burger from them it's the same. But, to be honest, that's why I like their burgers... customer service is great. Friendly service. And your food gets out really quick. From the time I got my drink, found a table to sit at and sat down, our food was ready.
Yo, the food is on point, the people are nice and they messed up and let me keep the wrong sandwich. I’d recommend coming here. Medium meal cost 11.00 bucks, not bad for the quality of chicken I got.
Got a #1 double with large fries and a drink at about 11pm. Had to pull up and wait, which is fine. Except that after waiting 15 minutes and then going home, I find out the fries are inedible. Hard, cold and ancient. These things had to be an hour old AT LEAST! Now do I call? So I get the privilege of driving back down so someone can fix their mistake, by which time the burger will be cold... No thanks. Like they didn't know when they shoved it in the bag... If they don't know when food is inedible they probably don't know how to clean correctly either. Good luck...
This location was fantastic. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean and the staff were super friendly.
There was a popular promotion so I walked into a lobby full of people. They were in their dinner rush. I was amazed by their fast service during this time. Well done!!!
Spent almost 50.00 for 4 meals. 3 out of 4 were wrong. The frys definitely were not fresh. The only thing that decent was the frosty. So in short, for my meal alone, I feel as tho I paid 10.00 for a small frosty. Will definitely not go back!!!
We saw they had a 5 dollar 'Biggie Bag' deal, so went to Wendy's and ordered it in the drive thru. We were charged 6.50 plus tax. When we questioned the employee, he rudely said it must be 5 dollars if we use the app. We paid and left but we were very disappointed. I keep seeing a commercial on TV for a '5-dollar Biggie Bag', and it kinda feels like false advertisement! The food was good, but I won't be going back. McDonald's and Burger King also offer a 5-dollar deal with the same food as in the Biggie Bag! And they actually charged 5 dollars!
Ordered my food a specific way. They didn’t make it correctly, called them about it to make it right by us and the nice lady at the window who was the manager answered and she told us to ask for a specific name and come by whenever to get it. Came back later the same day and asked for the replacement under the same name, a different crew by this time had us pull up to the window and proceeded to gaslight us by telling us no one ordered the item and they won’t give a replacement…we asked if anyone by that name actually worked there and they said YES then we asked how else we would know that name, they proceeded to sit there for a second on the phone with a different manager who wasn’t the one we were told to ask for and which was the one that said we never ordered it in the first place finally said we can get a replacement at any point but without the changes that was paid EXTRA for…so problem solved I guess, won’t be going back to a business with a “employee’s always right” mentality.
How the hell do you not have lids for medium or large cups. quite possibly the easiest item to obtain at a restaurant. very disappointed in this and i’m not sure if i will be coming here to eat again.
