The guy at the checkout provided excellent service, but when I got home to eat the burgers I bought, I realized that I had been scammed and lied to my face. They didn't deliver any of my 5 burgers as I ordered and paid for them, and they stole all the bacon. Who knows how many people they do the same to.
This lady is beyond rude. She said she’s the store manager and refused to give me her name. Came here to pick up a DoorDash order that was waiting and ready. She totally looked me over and went to the next customer and was rude as can be. Do better Wendy’s!
I would rate this store a 0 star if I could. Places was very nasty and food was very cold. The bathroom smell like straight pee. Also waited a good while on my food. Also asked for sauce and only received two sauce cups when I got 50 nuggets. Would not recommend anyone eating here at all. Food was cold…… Very dissatisfied with this location….
The little red headed girl at the drive thru provides amazing service! You can tell they all enjoy working there and put love into it! Always accurate and always fast.
Gotta say this Wendy’s location is pretty terrible. So there was a long wait despite the fact it was like 2-3 cars in front of me. Eventually, we ordered, and the girl who took our order got everything down. However, upon getting the food, she gave me the wrong order, which you know happens and it’s not the end of the world, but upon telling her what was wrong, she proceeds to talk over me and the driver multiple times as we kept telling her what the mistake was. She didn’t want to listen! She kept saying multiple times, “Oh, we’re still waiting on your nuggets,” when I just told her like 5 or 6 times that we needed something else and we got the damn nuggets. She just wouldn’t be quiet to listen.
Then she proceeds to tell us to check the food to see if it’s ours. Like you’re supposed to be checking them; you work here; why would you prompt the customer to be checking on the burgers? What if that person is sick and touching all up on the food and it ends up being the wrong one? So then, the next person would likely get that damn burger that is being touched. Luckily, it was ours, but still! Upon getting the right one, it was cold.
Y’all really need to get it together.
Ordered food and it was fresh, hot, and delicious. It's worth the wait for fresh food. The whopper is usually delicious, but occasionally, the sandwich tastes a little soggy. I love their frosties and meal deals, too. I plan on trying their fish and chicken sandwiches. I love their potatoes and salad. Customer service was excellent. Wendys is worth a visit. Money well spent. They always have specials that you can take advantage of.
I barely experienced this place but what I did see was appalling. Someone, who appeared to be a manager or maybe just an employee went into the restroom, openly vomitted into the toilet and then appeared behind the counter washing their hands. Not in the restroom but behind the service counter. I’m no expert but I’m servsafe food management certified and that’s justifiable to go home due to the potential spread of food borne illness.
This location has become horrible when it comes to service and is mismanaged. I highly advise going elsewhere if you plan to go after 4 or 5 pm. If I had gotten a receipt for my order which 1 item was missing from my bag & I had to drive back, I would be filing a complaint with corporate so they could put a stop to it.
