Ordered a Triple Bacon Mushroom (No bacon) and a Double Bacon Mushroom. Said no Bacon on the triple, ended up with a double with Bacon.The double ended up being a single. So they got both burgers wrong, both were missing a patty and one had bacon so I couldnt eat it.
Its almost like they aren't trying. Just paid $40 for 2 burgers, 2 fries and a desert. Both burgers were wrong. Its an absolute ripoff.
Cant get a simple order right.
Never going back to this location again.
Would have had it fixed, but we picked it up on the way home.
Drove thru for breakfast special, good price for egg muffin sandwiches, quick service, no one in line before or after. However, my 2 senior parents were with me, and at the window we inquired about Senior specials - told NO by male. Female handed bag, I asked again, "Don't you give Seniors a drink anymore?", she said yes but you must order at the window. "There is a line behind you." That was disappointing, getting a soda takes 30 seconds, and the line wait was not extended. Not good service, it wouldn't have taken much effort and we were simply dismissed.
Food was alright but the customer service was horrible here. My friend took me here to try out Wendy’s, but they won’t let her use her coupon from Wendy app. They made the burger wrong and asked me if it’s ok to add the bacon back in the wrong burger so I have to asked them again to remake it. Not a friendly restaurant and will not be back here
I ordered food today through door dash. My food order was missing an order of fries and sauces that I paid extra for. We didn’t even receive a single napkin. The food was a C-, at best. Just because food is ordered for delivery does not mean standards drop.
I had a good experience each time that I went this week. If you never been there I got some pictures of the inside for you people. It's always clean when I go and such but I noticed that the employees do not use communication well, as drive trough was at a longer wait because some grabbed wrong order and or didn't know a order was done etc..
Other than that it's still good to me.
Got my order wrong and left out fries and refuses to do anything about it. They do not answer the phone, they do not respond via the “live service” on the app which has consistently been down.
DON'T EAT HERE, they gave me food poisoning! I'd be on the phone with the county health dept already if it weren't a holiday, but looks like they get this call tomorrow when they're open.
Within a few hours of eating half of the Jr cheeseburger I got (which, I stopped eating because it had an off taste, weird consistency, unpleasant smell, and odd amount of moisture), I'm at home now with nausea to the point I'm ready to hurl. On top of that, there's also: abdominal cramping, dizziness, burping up that bad taste of the hamburger for hours, & feeling feverish--every symptom of food poisoning!
When all you've had is muffins, coffee, and Wendy's (and you're burping up weird tasting hamburger)---sorry not sorry Wendy's, you're the likely culprit.
Save yourselves!!! Don't risk it!!
We love to come to this Wendy's after roller skating. The staff is always very helpful and pleasant and the chili is delicious. I like to get it with sour cream. We tried the special lemonade. So good. Love, love, love!
