Excellent food. I enjoyed the spicy chicken sandwich with ghost pepper.
Just a serious observation, the bathrooms smelled horrible at pee. It was so gross.
A lady with her "service dog" dog was peaceful and quiet.
I tend to choose Wendy's because I have the feeling that the ingredients are fresher than the other big chains. I like how easy it is to customize your meal on the app and I enjoy getting points towards free food. They're usually convenient and comfortable, especially the newer layouts.
The problem is that the food tends to be inconsistently bad or good. I've had some great Wendy's meals where the crew was on top of their game, the burgers were assembled properly and the chicken nuggets were hot. That wasn't today.
I ordered my sandwich without the bun as I'm on keto. The cook did a great job and even provided extra packets of mayo and ketchup in the bag for me. The problems were that the burger patties were way over cooked. Almost hard. And the chicken nuggets were barely warm.
So yes, "I've experienced better" and I would not choose this Wendy's again.
Sheneyce needs an attitude check and put in the back or something. Clearly not a people person and is gonna ruin Wendy's for this small town with how she likes to treats a customer. Everytime I go they're pretty nice and helpful and she was the complete opposite and rushed me while I was ordering.
Was super clean. After the rush when it slowed down out a worker came to clean some more. Got the ghost pepper sandwich and I’m used to fast food places saying stem is spicy and it never really is. This hit the mark perfectly. While eating a woman in a purple shirt with her hair (had a little purple in it too) came and asked all the customers if everything was ok. Never seen that on a fast food place before. A+ to her!
Made a Mobile order and watched as the workers didn’t even check who was getting it and let them just walk out with it, workers don’t care and are not friendly, now have to wait and made me late on Lunch break for work, terrible service and workers. It is the slowest place in town (which is saying a lot) and way too inconsistent with its food, will not be coming back again.
my experience was TERRIBLE!! man working window was incredibly rude and continuously got my order incorrect. i had to go inside the building more than once bc my order was wrong. got my drink order wrong and made it seem as thought he wouldn’t change my drink and had attitude!! will not be returning back to this location.
Whoever the cashier was took great care of us. Friendly service, fast, made our quick stop very enjoyable.
Waited 30 minutes for our order just for it to be made wrong and cold. They try to give us a $1.69 cookie to replace a nearly $3 frosty. My chicken sandwich was smashed to prices and they gave me a spicy instead of a regular. Also there was people working in there in their PAJAMAS and a little boy (about 8-10) running around cleaning things. Will not be going back.
