Went and ordered some breakfast sandwiches and when we went to the window we were greeted by a very friendly worker. She apologized because she had to give us $14 change and $10 of that had to be all in change because her manager had left her working there alone. I didn't mind the change but I did mind the manager leaving before making sure her worker(s) were prepared before she left.
If I could give it No stars I would! This place is foul! I ordered today around 4pm and I am allergic to pickles and when I ordered I made sure I told them that. They gave me an order covered in Mayo and Pickles! Only 2 burgers were supposed to have mayo but all were supposed to have NO Pickles. When I called to tell them about this issue the person laughed and Hung up on me! This is disappointing and just plan negligent. The nuggets were small and burnt to a crisp. I love Wendy's would pick it everyday if possible but for this location to flat out ignore the fact I have an allergy and make this for my food is ridiculous. I hope that anyone else with an allergy doesn't end up having this issue.
I ordered 2 combos of the Bacon cheese burger with fries, chicken nuggets, and drink. Each was the size of Childs meal! Ridiculous! Never will I order from Wendy's online and have it delivered. Very disappointed in the whole experience. Still hungry after eating the messy junk!
I live and work down the street. So I order here a lot...but 9/10 times service is slow and employees are in a bad mood. Like today, I'm on my 30 min lunch break. I placed a mobile order in advanced but of course I'm still waiting in the dinning room 22 minutes in of my 30 minute break. Why have a mobile order pickup station if yall don't start making the order until people show up? It is what it is...but when the manager on duty is loudly saying "I hate this place"...it just makes it a little worse lol
I went through the drive through before closing time land the young man working the drive through was awesome my kids were being super difficult, switching it up and he had alot of patience he service was great also the food was still fresh and good
I ordered a #1 Combo with cheese and up sized it to a large, well I got a number 1 combo and the burger didn't have any lettuce and the large french fry was half full, talk about trash and poor quality of food, I think that I will not be returning and I wouldn't recommend the Wendy's on Chester Ave. in Bakersfield, Ca. Their quality of food has definitely gone to trash and the prices keep going up ($9.74). Also when I paid at the window they didn't have enough change to give me and they asked if it was ok, but that reflects poor management. Goodbye Wendy's!!!!!!
It's always fast and affordable good food.... I go twice a week.
Will always pick Wendy's in my grandma's memory we grew up going to Wendy's the food here is great sometimes I do get my order wrong but they are great on fixing it the service I rated it a little bit low cuz sometimes I get somebody with an attitude and sometimes I tell them how I want my order more than once and it still comes out wrong
