Super friendly and the store was very clean. They were faster than most Wendy’s, and the service was extremely cheerful. It is conveniently located near a Tesla, supercharger, too! Overall, five stars!
I order delivery from this location because it’s the closest to my house and every single time they mess something up. Today they forgot my fries, last time they gave me a small frosty instead of a cold brew and the time before that I didn’t get sauces and got the wrong drink again. I called up there about what to do about getting a frosty instead of a cold brew because I really wanted coffee and I work overnights and the worker could be heard on the phone mocking me. I would stop going to Wendy’s but the pretzel buns are delicious and my kids like the $4 meals plus the breakfast stuff is great.
If you have not tried the biscuits and gravy at Wendy's it is definitely worth a try and the price is just right. I also find that Wendy's out of all the fast-food breakfast serving Chains Wendy's is by far the cheapest not to mention their breakfast is quite good. I realize that most people have their morning routines before going to work but I promise you upsetting the balance of the universe to take an alternate route to work will be worth it.
Also the coffee isn't that bad and it's cheaper and the cup sizes are bigger then McDonald's Duncan and Burger King.
I love this location. I always go through the drive thru and everyone is so nice and they are very fast. As soon as I get to the 2nd window my food is already being handed to me. I don’t have to wait long here at all.
So firstly I come here and order two meals only to go home and see they did not put the sandwiches in the bag! I drive all the way back and tell them so they proceed to make the missing sandwiches and than give me the bag, when I go in the car I check the sandwiches cuz one of them was a plain bacon sandwich which they decided plain meaning no bacon included so I had to walk in there once again and you would think they would offer some type of sincere apology but they don’t they slap bacon on it and give me it back! Literally never going back these ppl can’t even do simple tasks!
Wendy’s is my favorite fast food, but this is probably the worst Wendy’s in the Chicagoland area. Not only do I eat Wendy’s but I deliver it for DoorDash and Grubhub. Tonight I went into the dining room to pick up an order. I was already a few minutes late to the pickup. Not only did they refuse to hand me the order in the dining room, they made me get in a line that was 10 cars long in drive through. If Wendy’s needs revenue from the apps THEY CERTAINLY DON’T SHOW IT WITH THEIR EXECUTION. Letting a remote order sit and get cold while the driver burns expensive gas in drive through is despicable. I will need a new favorite fast food place. I definitely won’t return to this store!
The food was hot. However if you want their fresh brewed iced tea, you better come at breakfast. The manager stated they only make tea once a day. That is a lie, just just lazy. He forced me into getting the discusting fountain tea. He told me this is the same tea, which it isn't.
The rest of the workers were just fine.
Never been inside always a drive thru customer. My order is always correct no matter the time of the day I visit this location. Patience is a virtue and the team here tries.
