I would give 5 stars to the staff... the line was interminable, yet they kept on serving everyone with a smile and so politely; very impressed! The self checkout terminals did not work, and the only way to know was once you were ready to pay. So after trying to figure out and order for 5, those 15 minutes were a waste of time. It would've been helpful to have a sign up stating that the machines were not functioning/accepting payment. The food was OK, but the hardworking and kind staff made all the difference!
I have heard about this place for many years finally got a chance to go there. I was wanting a good home cooked meal for lunch. Seems like they focus on breakfast and sandwiches mostly.Dinner type food at night on Fridays I believe I was told.
So I ordered a ham cheese mushroom omelette.The egg was way over cooked & flat hardly any cheese & only 3 very small thin slices of mushrooms. Their other food may be good there. I don't know but after my experience I don't believe I'd go back & try the second time.Other food maybe good I don't know this is just my opinion about the omelette.I was disappointed not to find a good home cook lunch on the menu or a dinner menu. Employees was nice and friendly and seemed like a well kept clean restaurant
The prices are so jacked up at the service Plaza locations on this turnpike so outrageously. If you can avoid giving these price gouging businesses your money, you're better off getting food and snacks off the turnpike somewhere or in the city nearby. I recommend to don't do it. Not too mention, they have none of the deals, and they don't support the apps. Prices are very very high and different from normal locations.
Was there on a Sunday evening. The plaza has 3 kiosk computers set up to take your order without standing in line. Each had Wendy's on one side and Dunkin Donuts on the other. I was able to place my order, and then it asks for my name, and then when you hit 'MAKE PAYMENT' it immediately said 'PAYMENT FAILURE' before you even had a second to attempt to make your payment. I place my card on the payment device and select 'TRY AGAIN' and it repeats itself forever. Did this for over a minute and I was unable to complete the process. Tried it with a second kiosk and the same thing occurred. On the third kiosk, DD was working, but Wendy's side was not even operational. Complete waste of time.
So then had to go wait in line, and that seemed to take forever. For a while, it seemed like the cashier was only one working. That he took your order and had to then go fill it, as it seemed the entire rest of the staff was on break or something.

On our way to Tallahassee on the turnpike, we stopped at a rest area. We ordered from Wendy's and didn't realize until a few miles down the road that our order was not complete. It couldn't be missing fries. That wouldn't be so bad, but to be missing the main course, that's a problem. I'll never know how the Ten piece nuggets would've fared!
Very disappointed! I ordered loaded fries, and specifically mentioned that we don’t eat meat, SO NO MEAT. And repeated at least 3 times. The rep still added meat. And when I said there is meat in the fries. The guy who I believe was new cz he clearly did not know how to take orders started being rude. And said I will give you your money back. I said I waited long enough, so I will take fries only. Very Bad experience!
Change your hours to actually reflect that you close at 9PM! We didn’t get anything in Orlando on our way to Miami because we thought you were open! Now we’re gonna be hungry the rest of the way.
