Best WLM Reviews
They got my order wrong. I asked for everything fresh. It made me have to wait about 15 minutes! Fine I asked for my food fresh understandable! How was my bun hard as a hockey puck? Forgot the cheese I paid for! Fries weren't even Luke warm they were COLD! how can they not get it right?!
Every experience I've had with this place has been bad but tonight was the last straw. Not only did they not include the cookie on my order (a mistake they've made twice now), they forgot the lettuce on my burger, the fries were cold, AND they gave me the wrong kind of frosty. (Vanilla instead of chocolate.) They didn't even include the spoon.
I am not normally the kind of person you leave this kind of review however the multiple consistent problems I've been having with this wendys has genuinely upset me. They don't even have a voicemail system either, nor have they picked up the phone the 5 times I have tried calling them. So don't bother trying to get any sort of help.
I ordered food for me and my kids, daughter’s kids meal hamburger undercooked, fries are old and cold! Let alone they didn’t even get my drink right! I understand is busy but why you rushing and get everything out and it ain’t even cooking right.
This Wendy’s deserves five stars because everything went smoothly from placing my order to reviving it. We have to wait a few minutes to get the order but that is because they had to make the burgers fresh. I can’t complain about that. They were very busy when we pulled through and they still managed to get everything put together correctly. It’s easy to forget how hard working fast food is but it’s not easy so I always commend a fast food restaurant that handled every thing in a professional way. Especially when it’s during a busy time and they are working under pressure. We had chicken nuggets, fried, Biggie Bags with the cheeseburgers and Dr. pepper for the drinks and everything was done perfectly. Thanks Wendy’s!
I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was cold and thin you used to have thicker sandwiches and now they're thin. The French fries were cold and I have to have no salt and they should have been hot
Came here at 4:00pm Sunday, my spicy chicken sandwich was undercooked, literally cold in the middle raw. The lady who took the order was condescending when I asked if they had frosty’s (purple hair). “We always have them,” her reply. Ive been a few times before when their machine was not working. If I get sick from this undercooked sandwich I will take it up legally with their corporate office.
Close them down a lady was cooking on the fryer in her regular clothes using her bare hands i just walked out cause it wasn't no addressing no issue like that she was the manager. (Around 11:30)
While waiting in-line to order, right next to the back door of the kitchen. 3 employees were sharing a joint and also smoking cigarettes with the back door open, and a small child in and out of the kitchen as well. All 3 employees were not dressed professionally and I could almost guarantee they didn’t wash their hands when they returned back inside.
