Stay away, drive through took a half hr to get through. The food was horrible. Fries way overcooked was surprised there was any potato left in them once you were able to get through the skin… chicken like leather, burgers dry. Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to in a long time.
I had mistakenly ordered at another Wendy's on my online order and while this is my fault and in no way is this Wendy's fault it was the rude worker that while the other worker was explaining I had selected the wrong Wendy's replied "Too bad, we didn't get paid." Don't feel as her attitude is what Wendy's customers want when trying to purchase food. The rude worker was a tall woman with hoop earrings.
would give 0 stars if possible. absolutely ridiculous that they’ll charge you for items they don’t give you then tells you that because their drive thru “doesn’t typically hand out receipts” that you’re SOL. it’s very easy to search a transaction by card number. don’t go here if you want to get what you paid for because if you don’t they’re not going to do anything about it…
Use to order here all the time, then they changed something with the way they made the food, hasn’t tasted good since.

We went through the drive through and ordered a salad. Son of a baconator and a ghost pepper chicken sandwhich. When they gave us the food there wasn’t a chicken sandwhich in the bag. We were nice and said there was just the two things in the bag and she looked aggitated asking her and was like they’re in the bag. We said we don’t see any there and she’s like I put them in the bag. Only when we’re about to show her the bags and told her the second time, she finally handed it over. Like was she holding food ? Then after we got it no sorry or even have a nice day no reply. We were extremely understanding and she was extremely rude. Avoid this Wendy’s.
Went inside to order a chicken sandwich and fries to go, simple order. I got back to my car to discover a hamburger, went inside a second time and got a replacement, again I go to my car, open it and it's another freaking hamburger. I had to go inside a third time and ask for my chicken sandwich and the dumb beast of a broad making the food acted like she didn't care and didn't want to be bothered making the correct food and tried to lie and said she made 2 already. Thanks for the two free beef burgers that I don't want but that employee needs to go out with the garbage, where they belong.
Would rate this a 0 if I could. I watch a manager (younger woman, tall) scream at and berate a young employee making her cry . Absolutely disgusting to witness. Managers are not better than their employees— especially at a fast food place. I wish this manager would receive a stern warning from her boss. Even fire her. So disappointing
