Best WLM Reviews
I am writing to express my concern regarding a food safety issue I observed during my recent visit to your location on 9-25-24 @ 5:30 pm. While I understand that drive-thru orders may take priority, what truly alarmed me was the behavior of one of your staff members, which raises serious hygiene concerns.
While waiting for my dine-in order, I noticed a male employee who was stationed at the back window, handling payments for the drive-thru. Shortly after, I saw this same employee come to the sandwich station to assist with making four wraps for an online order. Unfortunately, he did so without washing his hands, and worse, I saw him scratch his head before proceeding to prepare the food—without wearing gloves.
As a customer, food safety is incredibly important to me, and this situation was both alarming and disappointing. I hope that you will address this matter urgently by reinforcing proper food handling protocols to ensure the safety of your customers.
I always take my person supported to breakfast at Wendy's and the always get our order right. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Update 3/20/23 got this baked potato which looked like mold at the bottom...very disappointed.
Apple salad with baked potato with chili and cheese was really good.
Always fast and friendly.
They never mess up my order. They need an award of some sort.
As always it's fast food but it's good taste and better quality than most fast food stores
This is a wonderful Wendy’s - they were kind, cheerful and helpful. One of the best & fastest we have ever been to … Good job, keep up the good work!
This Wendy's is a perfect example of what Wendy should be. I don't particularly go to Wendy's very often. But seems to have a problem with the local homeless.
This place is just a sad Wendy’s. The food looks and tastes quite bad. The staff seem highly unsure of anything and long wait times.
