This Wendy’s had a clean eating area and restrooms. The staff was very helpful with my parents who both had walkers. Our food was delicious. Easy accessibility and plenty of parking.
My experience was great ???? !!!! The food was FRESH and when I say fresh I mean the food was HOT ???? !!!! You don't get " hot " food or " fresh " food for the most part when you go to fast food places . So this was great. We were all like " omg hot food ? This deserves a review" lol ???? . So here I am writing a review . Not to mention the food took no time to get in our hands . They were handing us food by the time we got to the window ???????? . So that was another plus . The line wasn't one of those McDonald's lines ( no offense to McDonald's haha ????. I mean .... I've run into some good McDonald's but let's be honest most of the time your order isn't rite and takes forever to get your food rather your inside or in the line outside ???? .... IYKYK ) . The customer service was nice and didn't act like she hated their job ???? .

Was just there earlier. The food was almost correct, the fries were minimal. They added ice to each drink when I said no ice, and then when she handed me the drinks I went to tell her “I said no ice” and to also order a frosty (my fault) and before I could say anything she shut the drive-thru door on me and then did the same thing when I got my food when I AGAIN wanted to apologize and ask for a frosty. It’s like they’re mad people are making them work. And I even tip fast food workers. Will NEVER go back…and I live like three blocks away.
Today 8/21/'23 I asked for a chicken sandwich with all the toppings got it home and it was shoe leather on bread no toppings at all . This chicken wasn't even worth a picture . Very disappointed. Reduced rating too . For a great chicken sandwich go to Splunkers.
Had the Pretzel Bacon Pub Hamburger combo w/fries and unsweetened tea .
Ordered a Cob salad for take out .
It's fast-food but decent. Place was clean but the customers all seem to be watching videos at loud levels while eating there food .
Stopped in after a play date at the park across the street with four kids in tow. Homecoming night and during the dinner rush, so there was a line in the drive thru, but we were inside so we thought it might be faster.
It took more than five minutes for the cashier to finish packing up the drive thru orders before he could come take our first order. After my friend finished, I had to wait another almost ten minutes for him to finish more drive thru orders and place items on my friend's tray. My order took at least another ten minutes to be put on my trays.
There were no napkins, spoons or forks in the lobby. All of the tables and counters were dirty with soda and food droppings. The floors were lightly littered with debris. Bathrooms were somewhat dirty.
It seemed obvious that they were short staffed and busy. Those two things combined make it hard to keep up. This restaurant is usually cleaner, better stocked and with faster service (even if not perfect).
Food was served hot and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Took my daughter here today as a treat for mommy daughter lunch. We both got baconator meals and I got baconator fries with mine. Got home and started ripping into my fries after I got some ranch out of my fridge and look down and see a dead fly. Needless to say, I’m doing everything in my power to not start vomiting. Do better.
Been to a lot of Wendy’s. This one is always hot, fresh, and fast. I thank you to the staff for doing it right.
Excellent location. Not only was the food hot and fresh, when i stopped in late the one evening, I saw employees deep cleaning work surfaces in the kitchen, inspiring a lot of confidence in the cleanliness of the kitchen
