Customer service was good but, The food was horrible. Very cold fries, chicken sandwich taste old or reheated. There was a hair in my fries let's not forget to mention that! My goodness get it together.
Tonight I went through the drive through to get a triple berry frosty, but they only had vanilla so I accepted it. The frosty was very milky, I was very disappointed. When I got home I called the restaurant to inform them of the matter and the lady hung up the phone on me.
This simply SHOULD NOT have happened. Today there are so many unprofessioal workers, Will it get any better? Management, please train, reprimand and counsel your workers or recruit better workers because they are representing you and placing a smear on your WENDY'S Franchise.
So interesting that you guys sit in seats outside smoking weed when you’re getting paid by the hour. Not sure if you have any real concept of professionalism, but when you’re working for a business, you don’t wait until people come in to be behind the counter. Your ignorance is a disgrace. Do better.
Absolutely rude employee bagging the food. I had noticed that I was missing an item from my order and when I asked about it, The girl begging acted very rude and complete unprofessional manner. Poor management allows disrespectful employees to keep going.
Lammal was GREAT! Costumer service was superb! 10/10 I will be back every time. The only Wendy’s I’ll go too
They always messing up orders & then have an attitude about it when it has to get fixed. They're rude. Just go to the other Wendy's by walmart. Dont even waste your time here.
Horrible experience. I noticed that my bags had Family Dollar napkins and straws inside of Wendy’s company. Unacceptable, very very unprofessional. I would consider other options.
Just got crispy chicken from the $5 biggie so trash it should be a $3 meal deal.... Gotta start asking for fried hard!!! Wait 3 nuggets were stuck together not done in the middle
