I dont know his name but the man who was taken orders today at 2 o’clock. Y’all better give this man a raise. He deserves it! Pay the man or he’ll be working for someone else. Dude is hard working and polite. Hard to find these days.
Me and my kids got some late grocery shopping done and we stopped at this location the staff was kind and courteous. They were closing the lobby down but they allowed us to sit and eat. I really appreciate it! Robert was new but amazing!
I come here often as I live close and have small nugget loving munchkins! The experience is extremely sub par foods decent but attitudes stink! No customer service at all! I order at minimum 3 meals a trip always have to request a cup holder and literally being given 1 ketchup for 3 meals don’t think you’re gonna give a code at the window because u forgot at the speaker their eyes might roll straight from their heads. Was just told to pull up to get “meat” ready and waited an extra 10 mins for food that was sitting at the window I backed up no response blew my horn they’re laughing ???? I walked in the the cashier talking on FaceTime and they’re asking me is this my bag.. my kids are screaming my food is cold af if I had time today I would have gotten a refund and thrown those frostys right in the lil gay boys face.. and I said what I said.. not a dig a fact
Always, always, always TAKES FOREVER IN DRIVE-THRU!! Insane how long it takes, always, no matter when you get here. Morning, afternoon, night, I have waited 20+ with only one car on front of me that I eventually have to drive away and go somewhere else. This has happened more than one but I cannot believe they’re still open with this type of service. Will not go back.
Horrible service.
Was ordered online and should have been ready. No one came out and all doors locked. We went through drive through and they couldn't "find" the order. It was standing there all along.
The order was messed so had to go back 2 times. We were there 45 min waiting!
They also had an attitude and didn't apologize once. When we asked for ketchup they said they don't have that.
It was around 9 pm so the doors were locked, however one of the staff members had a child inside. Seems like half of the staff was high working there.
Very weird experience and very dissapointing and frustrating!! ????
Workers be having attitudes, including the lady manager. The lobby has a sign saying it's closed for apparent reason. Just a sign saying lobby closed. And this has happening multiple times. But there no reason why it is. They need better employees
Normally a big Wendy’s fan. Worked for this company in high school. Chose this location as it is near the hospital where I am staying with a family member. Ordered a single, a classic chicken sandwich, 2 fries, & drinks. The hb was slapped together - buns not lined up. Had to peel apart as the cheese glued them in place. The chicken sandwich was greasy and not completely done - pink in the middle. Both sandwiches were smashed flat in the wrapping. The fries were greasy - all you could taste was grease. Change the oil. Don’t pull chicken before the timer goes off! What should have been a great little meal with me remembering what a great place to work fifty years ago to major disappointment, the trashing of inedible food, & a total waste of twenty bucks!!!! Do better!
Old ladie has and attitude it's not my fault u came to work late The business is supposed to be open at 6:30am . It was 6:56 when I came up here .Then you want to argue with me that you're not open I swear you black people need to lose the attitude. It won't get you anywhere in life!
