Price was incorrect on board for large chili. Employees are not empowered to make things right. Dining area—tables appeared clean, although my shoes were sticking to floor. Only one trash can, but it was not near the exit door. Drink machine was out of order. Asked for light ice. By the time I scooped out most of the ice out of my cup, I was left with a fourth of a drink. Very slow service although there were lots of employees—some were dancing. Fries tasted old, like drive thru fries. Chili seemed to have no meat, but lots and lots of beans.
Didn't get to eat . It was busy. understaffed . Waited on the cashier counter, no one says hi or anything . Waited a long time before someone acknowledged me , but still didn't take my order. And it was dirty, both at the customer side and the employee side. They had a chemical bottle on the counter where anyone even kids can reach/ at least it was closed. I think they need to be staffed if they aren't understaffed they definitely need to be trained.
This has to be the dirtiest fast food place i have ever been in. Stopped in while traveling and everything was disgusting. The pop machine had 90 different flavors that didn't work and maybe 5 that did. Your shoes got stuck to the floor when using the bathroom. The fries and the burgers were cold by the time we got them. If I'm ever passing through again I will drive way out of my way before stopping in here again. Health inspector should probably check this place out more often
This place was great! Tay makes some of the best fries out there, he is all about the customer! He made sure that the fries were crispy and fresh and even had us try them to make sure they were up to standard! I wish every Wendy’s location was as friendly and welcoming as they were!
Why is it no matter when go to Wendy’s the manager has an attitude. Brushes you off and don’t have good manners at all.And by all means don’t ask for anything extra to go with food you can see the expression on her face to be rude. I went through the drive thru this morning. I was given the wrong order. The seasoned potatoes were not well done. As I was checking my bag to be sure everything was there I gave the manager the grape jelly back. She took it from me and literally threw back in bin I assuming, not sure where she threw it to. I don’t believe in wasting food or my money. I ordered a #1. However, I was given a chicken biscuit. I tried calling and the phone doesn’t work.And I hate saying this because I grew up on the south side. It my word to never purchase fast food on the south side with exception of Krystal and McDonald’s because you’re going to regret it. No one seems to take pride in their job. It always seems that they’re angry at the world because they have to work. And again this every time whether the drive thru or dining in.

How are these ppl allowed to keep jobs that they on purposely give the worst customer service.
The location is close to Ft Moore. Anything close to the base should be top notch.
Columbus Georgia is the ONLY that allows chains closest to the base be the worse possible place to spend your money!!
The employees need to be jobless cause it's quite evident that they don't care and the owner should be fined for allowing this to continue!!!
I went there earlier today I ordered the
#2 baconator meal as shown on the menu but instead they gave me a single patty burger with lettuce, mayo, ketchup with fries, & chicken nuggets, I took the bag back inside to the employee who took my order I said to her this isn't what I ordered her response that's baconator how does this look like baconator to her??? When it wasn't.. I spent $11.65 meal, with sweet tea, & cup of ice for what to receive a complete different food meal that looks like it cost $5.00 yet they didn't even think about re- making my food what they did was slip bacon in the burger wrapped it back up , gave it to me which again I didn't order, with nuggets ????
A baconator has a double meat patties not one & definitely does not come with lettuce. I stated to her especially when it's shown on the menu, I was so ready to refund my money so bad & not return over here ever again I swear I'm telling y'all I don't recommend Wendy's on Victory Drive in Columbus GA ever. For the third time they finally fixed my food the way it was supposed to be.
When I tell y'all I don't think this business location is going to last that long trust me it won't.
Seen gnats, flies right where they're making the food????
If y'all go there be alert and make sure to check your food whether your dining in or doing take out to be sure to check your bags see if your food came out right/ because I was not completely satisfied.
My worst experience I won't be coming back.
This used to be a good Wendy’s. Service and food is awful. Check your sauces before you eat them because some are cut open and unsafe better yet just don’t eat here.
