I ordered two junior baconator meals. The Dr. Pepper was good, fries were not fresh or hot and the baconator had two tiny pieces of bacon. It was a very lackluster meal.
I need to know how to order a burger with no cheese??? Cause every time I tell y'all no damn cheese y'all put it every single time?? So I need someone from the home office to instruct me on how to order a burger with no cheese. Can't call to complain at store cause no one answer. Get it together guys come on.
Super kind staff, had our complicated order 100% correct, staff were patient with us, and the food came out quick and hot! Best Wendy's I've ever been to!
I was there Friday night 11/1, the manager's attitude was really nasty, towards me and even the employee there. This Wendy's is closer to my home but I always choose to go to the one one I40 &Western but decide to give this place another try. But again, disappointed again.
Why would they make us pull up and wait only to give me the wrong burger that had clearly just been sitting under a heat lamp well past how long it shouldve been. The bread was straight up crunchy at one end.

I ordered a Double Dave's Deluxe, and the lettuce tomatoes and unyon ( onion) Were Very very Fresh,yet,sadly the Meat was dried out and a bit,,,well lettuce jus say it was Not As Fresh and Juicy az I'm use to from WENDYz!!!

The egg muffins was ice cold. not even hot I will not be back to this Wendy's the potatoes wedges was fresh and hot that was the only best part
They couldn't get my order correct even after I repeated it to them multiple times. Had to come back, because my order was wrong and then they still couldn't get it right. I finally asked for a refund. Day crew is awesome, but this night crew is a joke.
