So to begin with they would not respect the coupons on their window second they were selling at least our old Burgers calling them fresh third the manager was right there making sure they sold those old burgers and didn't mind give you another old one but made you wait 10 minutes to get another old Burger don't do it. But the chicken nuggets was fresh fries was halfway
I have never reviewed any establishment but after so many negative experiences at the Springs Road location, I believe it’s time. I’m actually blown away but how many times I’ve been greeted with a sad and almost annoyed “Wendy’s what can I get for you”. I place a mobile order before arriving and treat them kindly (like I get it customer facing jobs can be draining so I try to make their lives easier) and it doesn’t help or matter. I pull around and it’s usually the same rude girl with an attitude who hands me my food without saying anything and slams the window closed. It’s a roll of the dice whether your food is fresh or old and dry like your grandma. Nothing sucks more than spending almost $15 and getting dry bland food. I live 2 minutes from this place and I make the drive to the Viewmont location just so I don’t have to deal with them. The sad part is this location has been this way for months. I mean look at all the negative reviews, they don’t care! As long as people keep coming, they won’t change. Several months passed and I tried to give this location a second chance. I won’t make that mistake again!

Can't cook fries, Burnt fries. Ordered baconator but received a burger with two patties, raw onions, pickles, and lettuce. There was hair in our vanilla frosty. Don't go here.
If I could give a zero, I would. This place sucks really bad. They need more help, like seriously. I ordered online and still waited 30 mins for my food that was supposed to be ready by lunchtime. I WILL NOT GO BACK...
Burgers were overcooked and cold. Fries cold. Frosties tasted like ass and were warm and melted. I've never had a meal this bad from Wendy's. It was truly horrible.
I travel extensively and can not remember getting treated like this. I rarely leave negative comments. They believe they are entitled to $15/hr but where I come from you have to earn that. My order was incorrect, cheeseburger without the cheese, burnt patties and fries that were over cooked and had set a long time. Also no baked potatos! The whole meal was just this side of garbage. The girl that took my order was rude, very rude and actually shut her window while I was still talking to her. If you do not like your job just do us all a favor and quit. Many help wanted signs everywhere.
Ordered chicken Asiago ..Food was great the only thing is the dry old cold fries… they made us wait 3 minutes for a hot chicken, so they could get us hot fries as well.
Tried to order through the drive thru, started to order got one item out of my mouth and was totaled told to pull around before finishing completely inconsiderate. So impatient and rude. I’ve worked fast food on my worst day never would the audacity occur to me!
