Two weeks in a row I have gone through the drive thru and ordered #2 & #3 sandwiches only which is one bacon and one sausage. Both times I have gotten two sausage sandwiches! If I wanted sausage for both, I would have ordered it that way!!!!!!
I love Wendy’s. Sadly our experience tonight at this store was lacking. Cold fries and they “ran out of potatoes” after we already placed our order at the kiosk so substituted with fries which were also cold in the middle. One employee (cook with dark hair) was in the bathroom when I went in and had to wait to wash my hands while she did her hair in front of the mirror and then she left without washing her hands. Sigh… I do like the way the inside is styled and the drink machines work good, I also like ordering from the kiosk.
This place sucks…. Especially ordering off DoorDash or just going in the drive through, spent $20 for a salad, only to pull up to the second window to be told, oh we are out of salads… we’re just all out of salads. Ok…. Never spending money at this place again, any time they mess up I can’t even get a damn refund, this place is so ass….. didn’t even try to fix the screw up or problem by replacing it with something else. They just said they were out and sent me on my way
Counter help had a great personality.
Food was good.
We had a tight schedule to get food and get the grand kids to a school function. Food was ready by the time we got our drinks filled.
I gave them 3 stars because their fries are always soggy and cold. No complaints on anything else, although your burgers would be better if you toasted the buns.
Clean. There are so many drinks to select from. You can get Boo Books which are $1. They get you five free mini frostys.
It's my favorite fast food hamburger joint. This is one of the few fast food restaurants that I actually will eat a burger at. Wendys burgers taste like you grilled them at home. They always taste fresh not like they have been laying there for hours waiting for someone to order it . The tomatoes, pickles pretty much whatever you have them put on it is also the freshest quality and flavor. And for desert you can get the famous frosty which is great also.
Why is the food always cold... they gave me a broken straw, ive never gotten warm fries, my burger and nuggets were luke warm and my dr pepper tasted like water... never going there again and the girl who gave me my food had a mean stuck up look.
