The wait was long, BUT the crew took their time getting everyone's order right while having a wholesome conversation. I got a Cobb salad, and this was the first time in history the chicken was hot! The fries were fresh and piping hot. It was worth the wait! Thank you!

I’m especially a fan of their burgers ! They’re always hot, juicy, and made with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The Dave’s Single is my go-to, but their Spicy Chicken Sandwich is a close second! And let’s not forget the fries — perfectly crispy and delicious, especially when paired with a Frosty. Speaking of Frostys, they’re the ultimate dessert, and I can’t leave without one.
The service at Wendy’s also deserves recognition. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and quick, even during busy times. My orders are prepared accurately, and the food is served fresh every time. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere whether you’re dining in or going through the drive-thru.

I ordered food online ahead time at 2:49 the drive through long so I went inside little after 3pm my order was not ready till 3:29. Lot complaint about orders and food cold waiting long time. Seen few ask manager and ask for refund I will not go back Bridgeport location in tacoma. As well I ordered to chicken burgers and notice when I got i got 2 bacon cheese burgers. Order was wrong
If you want to order from this place, ALWAYS ORDER AHEAD ONLINE!!!!! There is ALWAYS a wait and the staff is WAY TOO busy with online orders to be able to work the counter. I get the irony of my statement and it perpetuates the issue, but I waited for ten minutes to place an order at the counter, decided to place online instead and got my order in minutes. Long before they helped the customer behind me. Sad, but shit happens i guess.
We came through and we didn’t get our nuggies however the next time we came back the workers here remembered and were so genuine and happy to make it right that time. Would recommend
The wait is way to long. A bunch of workers that seem like they have better things to do rather than making a paycheck. The guy at the drive thru is rude. He sat dased and confused at the window as my food sat next to him getting cold. I asked him after a few minutes what are we waiting on? He grabbed my food from next to him and damn near threw it in my lap. No apologies for eating mine and others time. I come to this location often because my child loves the frosty. Everytime we come we get this same young rude worker and the manager in the back acting like he's to good to assist. Meanwhile the drive thru line is wrapped around the building and out to the road. Save yourself some time go some where else. Did I mention The food was cold and disgusting ????
Person who took my order went on break and my order didn't get filled. Person at counter didn't have my order and had to ask me what it was to fill it. Telling me she didn't take my order didn't impress me.
Nor did the manager who I overheard tell one of his employees "this is why you don't ring up your own orders." At the front while fixing the error. This is why she was on edge.
The triple berry frosty is good! Hubby likes the chicken nuggets everytime!
