Worst experience I've ever had here. Waited 12 minutes after being asked to pull up, had to go inside to see where my food was. It was sitting on the counter getting cold. Order wasn't right, couldn't communicate with anyone and the one person that took our order that could communicate with us refused to come up and talk to me to fix it. Got home, wrong sandwich for one and the other had gotten so soggy that it tore the bread. I'll never go back to the herriman location again if these folks are working. We've never had this problem with the folks that work the weekend's.
If you're a Wendy's fan, this location has a cozy and rather spacious interior. The employee who took my order was friendly, and my food was ready quickly. The restaurant was clean a well maintained. The fries were pretty good.
I, however, am not a Wendy's fan. The burger I got, the Dave's double, was a little bland. It wasn't bad, just nothing I would recommend to someone else. They also took a while to get to the counter to take my order. Not a bad experience overall, but this isn't somewhere I'll be going unless it is with someone else who does want to. Even then, I'd recommend several other places before this one.
Food was delicious, but when we opened the bag we didn’t have a straw, and then the saucy nuggets lid was open and spilled all over the rest of my food. I prefer service over fast drive through times
I went to the drive-through which was fast and convenient. Unfortunately, all the food was horrible. All the chicken was dry. I’ve never had the grilled ranch taco/burito before I bought 2 but all the chicken in it looked and tasted like it sat out for over two hours was not moist. Everything was completely hard. It was completely disgusting. I couldn’t even chew the chicken. In both burritos, I would not recommend these at all. This is not my first time being disappointed here but this took the cake. I definitely recommend going to a different location
Great, quick service!! The girl taking my order in the drive through was very happy and friendly. The food came out quick and tasted great! Sammy in particular made sure that everything was right in my food. I’d come back every day if I could!
I guess that drug tests aren’t mandatory here, because the guy that took my order was out of his mind. Waited 20 min in drive through just to order, only to watch this man not know HOW TO FILL DRINKS. Seriously, someone had to help him make 4 Cokes.
Got my order, only to find out it was wrong. Doubled back and had to go inside to get the right food.
I understand why Wendy’s is closing 140 stores around the US.
Very friendly service, food was good, but my burger was drowning in ketchup and mayo. Enough that I could dip my fries in the excess. I was asked to pull ahead of the window, but they still brought out the food quickly. Overall, a good experience!
In my experience Wendy's is either hit or miss. I have been to some where the store set new standards within my mind of what fastfood could be. This is not that place. This is the closest place to my house so we still frequent it. Food wise it is not the worst. However, this is consistently the slowest drive through I've seen. It seems they take one order at the speaker and don't take another until that car has left the window. Aside from that, I honestly don't think I have ever had an order be completely right. Thus far it's only been my food, so it hasn't been terrible, but if I have to deal with a kid freakout because of it there will be issues.
