Ordered the spicy garlic parm nuggs, and medium fry.
Asked for the fry to be made fresh and they did and it was great.
The spicy garlic parm nuggs were a little heavy on the garlic so wont need to worry about any Vamps but they were spicy and good.
This Wendy's constantly struggles with keeping employees. That results in lack of training and listening skills. Not once in the 4 years I've occasionally visited this one since it's right by my office has my order been correct.
How hard is no ice and BBQ sauce?
I love Wendy's, but this location was not clean. The drink station was missing several flavors and one of the cartridges was on the supply counter. The fries were cold, and the burgers were okay.
Won't be back to this location.
Consistently the slowest drive thru in a 5 mile radius. Sat in line 15 minutes and saw as many cars give up and leave the line as get thru with food. Needs a major shake up or close down and stop wasting everyone’s time. I would have gotten better food faster at a sit down restaurant.
I just had a horrible experience at this fast food restaurant. They had no spoons for the chili, no lettuce for the hamburgers, very rude person who waited on me at the window and refused to give me the manager's name until I finally kept asking and got it out of her. All I can say is Sierra, if you're the manager, you need to get your act together and don't use the excuse that the truck didn't show up when nothing is in the store. You should have had that all planned out and thought about it before Monday at lunch. Do better.
Not sure what the issue was but everyone in that building has an attitude problem.. yall need to fix that outside speaker so customers & employees can hear each other without confusion. My second & last time going to that location
Attitude and was very rude when the order wasn't done right . The manager seemed to be angry even before the order and took it on herself to make my combo a large without even asking. Lastly the food was dry which seemed to be over cooked.
Chicken sandwich wasn't done. Nuggets weren't crispy . Jr bacon was warm and stale. Took a bite of the chicken sandwich almost pulled half the undone chicken out. Wouldn't recommend.
