Customer service was great, and the food was good. No complaints. They didn’t have drink carriers, but both my hands worked, so no problem there.
Walked into to this location and went to the front counter, waited for 15 minutes before some realized I was there ,, it was like a ghost town,,, very clean inside I may add but just no help to order so I walked out.
I got Chilli n Fries no salt and they came out with no salt thank you. The dining room was clean. Customer service was really nice. My sister got burger n fries n drink she enjoyed it. When were in Tucson we always enjoy stopping by Wendys.

6.29 am the lights arent even on same thing every day. Should nust change the time to 640am we open ???? idk this why mcds eating up your business in fact its 6.31am still waiting
Horrible service, unsure why they have an online pickup system if they never know how to use it. I ordered online had my mom pick it up and they stated the order wasn’t there and they didn’t know what she was talking about even though she showed them the order number and everything they treated her so bad as I was on the phone with her the lady was extremely rude she ended up leaving with no food as I had to cancel my order through the app so my mom didn’t keep having to go back and fourth with the rude staff. Never ordering from this place again.
I don't recommend going here near closing. I've had horrible food served to me multiple times but, the last time was just that... the last time. I got the bacon Jr cheeseburger Big bag meal large. I received 3 nuggets out of 4 and 2 were severely overcooked, my large fry sleeve was about half full at best and the burger....the burger patty was burnt and ripped to hell, the lettuce was just the spine and the little tiny piece of tomato was the bottom of it and see thru and only the size of a quarter at most. I did put in a complaint with the corporate office with pictures, but have not heard anything from them. The store didn't try to get back to me either. So, giving them ample time to reach out and try to make this right...I have no choice but to give my honest review. The only thing I will ever get from Wendy's is a frosty.
I order in advance through the Wendy's app. Every time, I'm asked to pull up and wait. I ask for sauces to be in the bag and then watch as six cars behind me order and leave. I'm eventually given my food without the requested sauces. Thanks for listening to my Ted Talk.
