When the bag entered my car I could smell the used oil . Smelled like they needed to change it three days ago. Staff was fine when ordering , but either unaware they need to maintain their fryers to offer “ the best quality food everyday” or just don’t care enough to cookie standard operating procedures. I’m shocked they didn’t have a line of people inside to complain about how old their oil was .

My wife seems ultimately like eating here even though they always mess her order up one way or another!
But the main reason for part-2 is the photos I’m posting today is Friday August 9th 2024 I came in here yesterday as well August 8th 2024 so this shows just how often they clean this store all the managers should be fired and the
GM need to crack down on the health issues that may very well be happening here this is in the front of the store to your left but the soda machine and lids you get. Gnats 50-70 of them just dead in the corner on the floor. And even more just flying around the store. There’s no telling how long these bugs have been dead here and not cleaned up. Anyone and everyone that eats here should check the store inside when you come here.
Because this is how I see it. If it’s this bad in the front of the store where customers can see it and yet it’s never cleaned up, how bad is it behind the counter, or around the work stations like where they cook the meat, the fries the frosty’s

Very disgusting watching employees reach in the fry station and food out with their bare hands and start eating it.
You would think managers or management would be a bit more firm about this but very disgusting!
Came to this location for breakfast a few days ago. Went through the drive thru. Noticed the menu wasn’t changed to the breakfast menu. I asked the lady over the speaker, was she aware of that. Her response was “Yes, I opened up all by myself this morning” So I had to look up the breakfast menu on my phone to see what I wanted to order, considering I’m not too familiar with their menu. Never experienced anything like this ever. Do better. Very unprofessional. Food was fresh though.
6/2/24: The customer service is not friendly at all. The employees at drive thru look mean also, including the grumpy old woman that was at the window. Also, I am not happy with my Strawberry Lemonade being filled up 80% with ice. It doesn’t take rocket science to figure out that a cup with a lot of ice will have less drink in it. Not happy with this place. Yall need to do better. And do better now!
By far the worst Wendy's in the area. Some would debate this could be the worst Wendy's in the Midwest. I wouldn't be surprised if it was taken even further to say possibly the worst in the United States.
Update** just ordered for breakfast says they open at 6 am and no one is here it is currently 812 ????????♀️
Waited 7 minutes in line (behind one car) finally get up to the speaker and wait another almost 10 minutes. Finally get around to the window sat for 5 minutes before anyone came and got told I'm going to need to pull up because my food is not ready. Absolutely terrible
Hands down the worst place I’ve ever eaten at in my life. Shocking staff apart from lovely girl at the till who took our order. She was new and other staff would not help her they were so rude to her and us. Place was filthy. Can’t believe how horrible the manager was to us as we only received half the food we paid for that our receipt showed but somehow it was our fault. Will never eat Wendy’s again ????????????
I wouldn’t have minded to wait for fresh nuggets. I ordered a 10 piece regular nuggets and they gave half spicy and half regular all of them were old. I keep giving them chance after chance and it’s always disappointing.
