We ordered burgers and fries as usual and not only did they take forever but it was just threw together and dry fries... idk if I'll ever go back there. 18 dollars and some change for 2 burgers no drinks and dry fries.
I placed my order and had the guy repeat it back to me once I got to the window , got my food and went home to only realize they left half my order out of the bag

I rarely eat fast food these days but I stopped in yesterday to try the new chicken wrap. After ordering and paying, I was asked to pull up and they'd bring me my order. After waiting about 6 minutes and seeing others get their orders and I leave, I made my way to the inside so I could inquire about my food. The manager apologizes because my order had been given to someone else. They made another order for me, along wiith free item(s).
We always enjoy Wendy's but we do not like that they no longer peel the potatoes they fry. So you better like potato skin on your fries. They left the salt out of our order again, in fact they often have NO SALT AT ALL.
Updated 17NOV23: Picked up breakfast for five. Staff taking order was nice and easy to understand. We had wait ahead for bit which is OK, but when we hit the road four of the five orders were missing various things such as eggs, cheese etc and we didn't even get a receipt to reference . Three of us got a biscuits with two strips of bacon with nothing else. Very very disappointed crew. There was not a line of cars, it was pretty slow and it was around 9-9:30 am.
Additionally, signs on doors said lobby was open, but everything was locked up. I would have preferred to order inside, which would have given me an easier opportunity to check my order and resolve it politely.
OLD review; five years ago: Staff really pays attention to make sure your food is fresh and served in timely fashion. Well run establishment that has a generous parking lot and with a large parking lot across the road to park a large RV or commercial vehicle.
Karla N, 444 is only on mobile app and there’s no on register. If you’re talking about $1 burgers it’s in the app. You can get Biggie bags or just jr cheeseburger, junior bacon cheeseburger, double stack, bacon double stacks, cheesy cheeseburger. Cheesy cheeseburger is like almost $2… we can’t honor you a 444….
These are the rudest people. When I asked the person to speak up, he Screamed into the microphone, when I asked him to please not yell, he then told me they were out of two food items he Just said they had.
They have always been rude. If you don't like your job, find a new one. Or maybe it's because they are allowed to do as they please that they keep the job. Maybe Wendy's just has low expectations from employees.
