This used to be the place I would choose on my way home. Over the last year I have noticed a serious decline in service and quality of food presented. Several times I have gone and they've been out of various staple items. This last experience really takes the cake though. I went through the drive thru and was rushed while taking my order. Pulled up to the window everyone was laughing and joking inside. I got a total and my drink handed to me. No other words exchanged than my thank you. My fries were unsalted and cold, my coke tasted like they put every dark soda they could in it, and my nuggets were cold. It's upsetting when prices went up but service and quality went down. I fear this will be my last time to this Wendy's.
Please install an illuminated signage at the edge of Prairie View Rd. along the outter of the road, road is so dark and unassuming, you pass the turn on the bend of the road. If there's gonna be an extended wait for an order please make that known to customers sitting in the drive thru with no communication is not good service. Thanks!
we went pretty late at night, not expecting many people. however we were quite surprised! the restaurant was very busy. the young man in the drive-through had a very positive attitude even with all of the chaos and even though it seemed like they needed more help. I will definitely be back because of how kind he was, he also deserves a raise
We are there at 830pm and the place was dirty. Tables needed to be cleaned, floor was messy, and soda machines needed to be cleaned.
This Wendy's just sits all by itself on a hill overlooking the interstate. It's kind of an oddity because no other restaurants are around. It is the closest to the airport though and it makes me wonder why there aren't more restaurants closer. Then again, if they'd be as busy as this one, there's no point. Lol
Food was good except for the Coke. It was watered down, mixed with Diet, something odd, but it wasn't Coke. They were fast and prompt. They didn't have the Biggie Bag displayed on the menu but could still do it. The new promo by a Dave's Single at $6 and get another for 1$. First, that's way too much food. 2nd, the promo still puts you out $7 before you even get to sides and a drink. Please keep the Biggie Bag.

This Wendy's used to be the most well-run fast food place that I've ever been to. It's situated right down the street from A warehouse complex, and even on the busier days, you would be in and out in the blink of an eye. Something happened several months back, and The whole crew changed and it has been pretty bad ever since. extremely long waits, food's not fresh, The place seems dirtier, people have bad attitudes, the list goes on.
Best win these i've ever been to, The manager on duty this night was extremely helpful and made me feel like a part of the family
Omw home from work I ordered a meal with an extra sandwich. I got the wrong sandwich and no fries. The other sandwich had an extremely hard top bun. They also didn't have the flavor soft drink I wanted, so I had to get something else. The person running the food to the window worker was wearing a different set of uniform clothes. Presumably a supervisor or manager.
Pretty poor overall. ????
