Don't think the workers know what month it is...very disappointing getting stuff that's expired. We ordered a Taco Salad and I ate a chip before adding to my salad and it was horribly stale and disgusting. Much to mybmyb surprise, they expired August 16, 2024.
best wendys ever. great customer service, had to tip $1 and a $5 target gift card. guy on the fries called my order out by my REAL name????
The service was horrible the girl at the counter had an earbud in and was rude. She seemed annoyed that she had to help people. Wrong person to have at the counter! Everyone there looked miserable and not welcoming. The place was dirty, and food took forever to come out. I ordered the chicken wrap, and the lettuce was soggy and brown.. My husband's spicy chicken was good. What's going on with this quality of service. What happened to smiling when greeting customers and being excited to serve others. Do better, Wendy's!
The manager is always rude, tonight I went in there to get 2 mushroom burgers with no bacon, the cashier said $17 and change so I questioned it and the manager was very rude so I got my money back and left as I was leaving she said "I had to throw away 2 burgers" so I said well next time wait until the order is completed before you make a sandwich. But every time I go in there this same manager is very rude. I will be calling corporate tomorrow.
Horrible Wendy's. We like their food but this was not one of them. It took almost 30 minutes to get our breakfast with only one car ahead of us. The service person seemed like we were not supposed to be there, and the food was extremely greasy over cooked.
Samantha was probably one of the worst fast food cashier that I have ever seen. She was rude and unprofessional. She would stand waiting for food when she could be taking orders. A lady was standing needing a refill when she rudely kept ignoring her. She made the visit unpleasant.
In and out 5 mins got me a chilll
This is probably the cleanest Wendy's that I've been into. The food is what you'd expect to get from Wendy's and the service is prompt and our order was accurate. The staff is always courteous and friendly. We will return.
